The Lions signed Patrick to their practice squad in August, shortly after he was released by the Broncos. He ended up handling the No. 3 receiver role for most of the season, catching 33 of 44 targets for 394 yards and three TDs in 16 regular-season games. A return to mainstream fantasy relevance is highly unlikely for the 31-year-old, but he should at least compete for the third or fourth WR spot in Detroit again.

Patrick caught one of four targets for 22 yards in Saturday's 45-31 NFC divisional-round playoff loss to the Commanders.

EDGE Analysis

Patrick garnered his highest amount of targets since Week 15, but he failed to have much of an impact against Washington. The wide receiver signed with the Lions in late September, appearing in 16 regular-season contests as well as Saturday's playoff loss. Patrick will enter the offseason as a free agent and it's unclear if he'll be back in Detroit next season.

Patrick caught both of his targets for 15 yards in Sunday night's 31-9 win over the Vikings.

Patrick got back in the receptions column of the stat sheet, securing two catches in Week 18 after going two games without one. The wide receiver limped to the finish of the regular season from a production standpoint, often operating as an afterthought on the loaded Detroit offense. Patrick finished the 2024 regular season with 33 catches on 44 targets for 394 yards and three touchdowns over 16 games with the Lions. The wideout will look to be more involved on offense when the Lions return to action in two weeks for the NFC divisional round in the playoffs.

Patrick did not garner a target while reeling in a two-point conversion in Monday night's 40-34 win over the 49ers.

Patrick went without a catch for the second week in a row, though he did secure a two-point conversion on a pass from Jared Goff early in the third quarter. After compiling 19 receptions for 202 yards and three touchdowns over a five game stretch in November and December, Patrick has seen his production nearly vanish as the Lions have launched into the stretch run of the regular season. He remains their No. 3 wide receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams, but he is clearly not a major cog in Detroit's impressive offense.

Patrick failed to catch his only target in Sunday's 34-17 win over the Bears.

Patrick was blanked for the first time since Week 10, garnering just one target after seeing 15 combined targets over the team's last two games. His role as the team's No. 3 wide receiver remains intact, but with so many mouths to feed in Detroit's offense, Patrick has seen his production fluctuate greatly from week to week. Through 14 games in 2024 with the Lions, the wide receiver has caught 31 of 42 targets for 379 yards and three touchdowns.

Patrick caught four of eight targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 48-42 loss to the Bills.

Patrick found the end zone for a second week in a row, reeling in a 12-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter. He has now caught 19 of 26 targets for 202 yards and three touchdowns over the team's last five games. Patrick has settled into a consistent role as Detroit's No. 3 wide receiver down the stretch in 2024.

The 31-year-old has carved out a solid role for himself as the undisputed No. 3 option behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams at wide receiver, catching 15 of 18 targets for 172 yards and two scores over the last four games. On the season, Patrick has 27 receptions for 349 yards and two touchdowns over 12 games with Detroit.

Patrick was able to record multiple receptions for the third game in a row, most notably notching a 30-yard catch in the second quarter. The wide receiver has now compiled nine catches for 129 yards over the last three contests while operating as the team's No. 3 option behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams.

Patrick brought in all four of his targets for 55 yards in Sunday's 24-6 win over the Colts.

EDGE Analysis

Patrick saw a little extra work with Kalif Raymond (foot) exiting the contest in the second half. The 31-year-old Patrick was already operating as the Lions' third receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams, so his role is unlikely to change much if Raymond is unable to go in Week 13. Patrick should be considered a deep-league fantasy option for Thursday's holiday matchup against the Bears.

Patrick's three catches were his highest total since Week 6 versus Dallas while the four targets matched a season high for the 30-year-old.
