Pryor recently held a workout for the Lions, but ultimately wasn't signed, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
EDGE Analysis
Detroit had a need for some extra wideout depth with Marvin Jones (knee) ruled out for the Week 11 matchup with the Panthers, but the team ultimately decided to promote Andy Jones from the practice squad to fill the void. Pryor should continue to garner more workout invitations in the weeks to come, but it's hard to see him capturing a meaningful role with any team after both the Jets and Bills -- who own two of the weaker receiving corps in the NFL -- chose to drop him from their rosters earlier this season.

The Bills released Pryor on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor's run in Buffalo will end after two games. In the first one (Week 9 against the Bears), he hauled in just two of five passes for 17 yards while logging 83 percent of the offensive snaps. This past Sunday versus the Jets, his workload experienced a significant cut to 43 percent of the snaps on offense, gathering in none of his three targets. The experiment clearly didn't go as planned, and the Bills will instead rely on a cadre of young pass catchers moving forward. Pryor will return to the workout circuit as he seeks another opportunity.

Pryor failed to record a reception on his three targets in Sunday's win over the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor was nowhere to be found against his former team, logging only 31 offensive snaps (42 percent) after leading the Bills' wideouts in reps just a week prior. Given the inconsistencies of his snap counts, Pryor won't attract much fantasy attention once the Bills return from their bye next week.

Pryor started and played 75 of a possible 91 offensive snaps (82 percent) in Sunday's 41-9 loss to the Bears, finishing with two receptions for 17 yards on five targets while losing a yard on his lone carry.
EDGE Analysis
Despite having not played in a game since Oct. 14 while recovering from a groin tear that eventually prompted the Jets to release him, Pryor led all Bills wideouts in offensive snap share in his team debut. The fact that Buffalo faced a 28-0 halftime deficit likely influenced coach Sean McDermott's decision to keep Pryor on the field throughout an otherwise meaningless second half in order to gain familiarity with the offense, but there's reason to believe the 29-year-old will continue to see a substantial role moving forward. With second-year man Zay Jones having yet to develop into a reliable cog and the Bills' remaining depth options either lacking in upside (Andre Holmes) or extremely green (rookies Ray-Ray McCloud and Cam Phillips), Pryor's path to regular snaps doesn't seem to be impeded. The horrid state of the Bills' passing game, however, could significantly hinder Pryor's ability to post useful production on a week-to-week basis.

Pryor made his Bills debut in Sunday's 41-9 loss to the Bears, catching two of five targets for 17 yards and rushing once for minus-1 yard.
EDGE Analysis
This is a solid baseline for what can be expected from Pryor moving forward with his new team, as the lack of talent around him should keep Pryor involved while simultaneously limiting his production. Anyone counting on the big-bodied wide receiver in a revenge game against the Jets in Week 10 will be pinning their hopes on a touchdown, as Buffalo couldn't get a single receiver over 40 yards in this one.

Pryor, signed by the Bills on Tuesday, is not among the team's inactives for Sunday's game against the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
While Pryor is still learning the playbook and may be held out in certain sets, he's been saying his experience as a quarterback has helped in getting him quickly up to speed. With the Bills having the worst offense in the league to date, it wouldn't be a surprise to see a playmaker like Pryor on the field often in an attempt to get anything going. That said, it's hard for any player in this struggling offense to be consistency productive, and remember that Nathan Peterman is doing the quarterbacking this week.

Pryor (groin) believes he was underused with the Jets and expects to have a larger role in Buffalo, ESPN.com's Mike Rodak reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor received a four-week injury settlement Oct. 20 when he was released by his former team, but it seems he may be ready to play as soon as Sunday's game against the Bears. He isn't listed on the Wednesday injury report, and there's an obvious opportunity to earn playing time in a receiving corps led by Kelvin Benjamin and Zay Jones. Of course, it will be rather difficult to parlay snaps into production, as the Bills are averaging just 5.8 yards per pass attempt and 149 passing yards per game. There isn't much reason for optimism in the immediate future as Nathan Peterman prepares for a start against the stingy Chicago defense.

The Bills signed Pryor (groin) on Tuesday, Chris Brown of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor visited with the Bills both Monday and Tuesday, with the decision to ink him to a contract happening during the latter. The offense is in dire need of playmakers beyond LeSean McCoy, especially in a receiving corps with the underwhelming Kelvin Benjamin and Zay Jones serving as the starters prior to Tuesday's acquisition. Pryor likely passed a physical, proving the health of his groin was sound, but Wednesday's injury report may be the first opportunity for the team to touch on his status.

Pryor (groin), who visited with the team Monday, is on his way back to Buffalo though no deal has been finalized yet, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
We imagine with the Bills in dire need of explosive players on offense, Pryor isn't heading back to Buffalo to get another look at Niagara Falls. Expect the team to make an announcement shortly, and with only Kelvin Benjamin -- who appears not to have been dealt at Tuesday's trade deadline -- and Zay Jones as having any meaningful production among Bills wideouts this season (and even that's a stress), Pryor could quickly develop a role in the offense.

Pryor (groin) is visiting with the Bills on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor was released by the Jets on Oct. 20 amid reports he'd need 2-to-3 weeks to recover from a minor groin tear. He has since informed teams that he's already approaching full strength, potentially paving the way for a Week 9 signing. The Bills have an obvious lack of talent at wide receiver, but there's been no hint of any upside with their passing game. Elsewhere in the AFC East, Jets coach Todd Bowles recently said the team will consider re-signing Pryor.
