Pryor (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in New Orleans, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor was added to injury report Thursday and is now scheduled to visit with a specialist Monday. He hasn't played more than 56 percent of available offensive snaps in any game since Week 6, but the Redskins could've used him this week with fellow depth wideouts Ryan Grant and Brian Quick both recovering from concussions. Jamison Crowder, Josh Doctson and Maurice Harris are the team's only healthy receivers, though it's possible Grant and/or Quick clears the concussion protocol before Sunday's game.

Pryor didn't practice Thursday due to an ankle injury, Master Tesfatsion of The Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Although the Redskins have regularly posted jam-packed injury reports this season, Pryor didn't make an appearance until Thursday. It's unclear when he injured his ankle, but his sudden listing should be cause for concern. Friday's injury report will relay Pryor's odds to play Sunday at New Orleans.

Pryor (undisclosed) wasn't present at the portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The impetus for Pryor's absence is unknown, but the Redskins can be expected to clarify whether an injury, personal issue or some other concern is to blame. After receiving at least four targets in each of the first six games of the season, he's experienced only four total across the last three outings, displaying his waning relevance in the league's ninth-ranked passing attack.

Pryor failed to record a reception in his 28 offensive snaps in Sunday's loss to the Vikings.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor continues to see decreased offensive reps, as Sunday marked the second time in the last three games he was held without a reception. It seems as if the Redskins are more than content moving forward with Jamison Crowder and Josh Doctson as the two featured wideouts in Kirk Cousins' arsenal.

Pryor hauled in two of three targets for 17 yards in Sunday's win over the Seahawks.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor entered the season as the Redskins' No. 1 wideout -- a pivotal free agent signing given the departure of Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson. However, through the first half of the season it became clear Pryor wasn't producing as the Redskins had hoped (18 receptions for 223 yards and one touchdown in seven games), which resulted in his descent down the depth chart. The past three weeks Pryor has only averaged 28 offensive snaps per contest, as the Redskins seem poised to move forward with Jamison Crowder and Josh Doctson as the top wideouts. Pryor is also apparently nursing a couple bruises on his foot, which have contributed to his lack of reps. Look for the veteran to remain as the No. 3 wideout on the depth chart for the time being, diminishing his fantasy value.

Pryor said that his reduced snap counts in the Redskins' last two games have allowed him to recover from two bad bruises on his right foot, John Keim of ESPN.com reports. "It's just not fun. It feels good that I was able to rest it," Pryor said. "I'm dealing with that, fighting that and continue to not put wear and tear on it, so at the end of the day, [the reduced workload] helped me."
EDGE Analysis
Pryor was on the field for a combined 49 snaps the last two weeks in divisional losses to the Eagles and Cowboys, hauling in two of five targets for 15 yards. While playing through the foot injury prior to those contests probably didn't help Pryor, it doesn't completely explain his failure to become the top target in the passing game the Redskins envisioned when they signed him to a one-year deal in the offseason. Through seven games, Pryor has just 18 receptions for 223 yards and one touchdown, which prompted head coach Jay Gruden to move Josh Doctson in the starting lineup at Pryor's expense. With the statuses of Jamison Crowder (hamstring) and Jordan Reed (hamstring) uncertain for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Pryor could step into more of an enhanced role than he noticed in the last couple of contests, but he'll need to begin producing before becoming anything more than a shaky fantasy play.

Pryor failed to haul in his one target in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor continues to fall down the ranks in Washington's offense, as the former No. 1 wideout was held without a catch for the first time this season. Just two weeks ago Pryor received 61 offensive snaps -- a distant memory compared to the 19 he saw against the Cowboys. It seems as if the Redskins are ready to move on with Jamison Crowder and Josh Doctson leading the charge, which could leave Pryor with little fantasy value for the remainder of the season.

Pryor played just one snap in the first half of Monday's 34-24 loss to the Eagles, ESPN.com's John Keim reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor did get significant run in the second half, ultimately catching two of four targets for 14 yards on a season-low 30 snaps. Josh Doctson, who replaced Pryor as the starting X receiver, caught three of five targets for 39 yards on a career-high 58 snaps. While Monday's game was undeniably a negative development for Pryor, the Redskins aren't quite ready to shut their prized offseason acquisition completely out of the offense. Given his inability to take advantage of a featured role earlier this season, Pryor can't be counted on for much while his playing time remains a question mark. Doctson likely will maintain a significant role Sunday against Dallas, though some of his snaps figure to come at Ryan Grant's expense rather than Pryor's.

Pryor hauled in two of four targets for 14 yards in Monday's loss to the Eagles.
EDGE Analysis
Things have quickly gone south for the big offseason addition, as Pryor received just 30 offensive snaps Monday (47%) after leading the receiving corps in snaps the first five games of the season. To make matters worse, both of the incomplete targets were dropped by Pryor. All in all it was a rough night for veteran wideout, who didn't record a catch until the second half. If he's unable to turn this ship around, the Redskins may look towards second-year man Josh Doctson to take over starting responsibilities full-time.

Pryor caught three of five passes for 23 yards in Sunday's 26-24 win over San Francisco.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor has now caught just 10 passes in the four games since his six-catch Week 1 outing. Unlike in Cleveland, where it was Pryor and not much else, Washington has been adept at spreading the ball around this season with five players with at least 20 targets and none with more than Pryor's 29. That disbursement makes it difficult for Pryor to take over games. Pryor fans should also be worried about the emergence of last year's first-round pick, Josh Doctson, who has now scored touchdowns in consecutive games. Pryor's next game will be against the Eagles, against whom he saw a season-high 11 targets in Week 1.
