Ginn turned eight targets into just four catches for 45 yards Sunday in Tennessee.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn gets consistent attention from quarterback Cam Newton, but he often fails to produce results despite his role as the top member of a depleted receiving corps. The veteran has topped 60 receiving yards in a game just once all season.

Ginn caught one pass (on four targets) for 20 yards in Sunday's win over the Packers.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn has now mustered two or fewer catches in five of Carolina's seven games this season, evidencing his hit-or-miss fantasy stock. While his occasional receptions tend to go for long yardage, like Sunday's catch for 20 yards, Ginn is difficult to rely on, particularly in the Panthers' run heavy offense. Additionally, after scoring three touchdowns in his first four games, Ginn has not found the end zone since.

Ginn caught two passes (on 10 targets) for 60 yards in Monday night's win over the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn was noticeably challenged by the extremely wet playing conditions in Carolina on Monday night, as he failed to catch eight of the ten passes thrown his way, including a couple of bad drops on deep routes. While the speedy veteran still broke free for a game-long 48-yard reception Monday, Ginn's final totals could have been greatly improved with surer hands. That being said, Ginn's 60 yards still marked his second-best performance of the season, providing some consolation to an otherwise troublesome display.

Ginn caught five of his team-high eight targets for 59 yards, adding 43 yards on one carry, in Sunday's 27-16 win over the Eagles.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn had a ball stripped out of his hands for a red-zone interception, somewhat marring an otherwise efficient night. Despite emerging as the No. 2 option behind Greg Olsen in Carolina's passing game, Ginn is averaging a modest 6.2 targets per contest, and he's never going to catch a high percentage of the passes thrown his way. Even with the increased volume, he's extremely reliant on long gains. The Panthers will face the Colts in Week 8.

Ginn finished Sunday's game against the Seahawks with one catch (on four targets) for 18 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn was held in check by the Seahawks' vaunted secondary Sunday, a somewhat unsurprising development when also considering the Panthers' preference to run the ball. Nonetheless, following a strong opening three games, Ginn has been held to under 20 receiving yards in consecutive games. On the whole, the veteran is still Carolina's second-leading pass catcher this season, only behind tight end Greg Olsen in catches, targets and yards. That involvement level bodes well for an eventual rebound from Ginn, perhaps at home in Week 7 against an inconsistent Eagles secondary.

Ginn made the most of both of his receptions Sunday against the Buccaneers, finishing with 18 yards and two touchdowns on three targets.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn is known more as a deep threat, but he has had to take on a more diverse role in the absence of Kelvin Benjamin. Even though he had his lowest yardage output of the season, Ginn once again proved himself to be Carolina's top threat at the wide receiver position.

Ginn nabbed four catches off of six targets for 93 yards in Sunday's win over the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
When Kelvin Benjamin went was lost for the season during training camp, the popular question in Carolina was who would pick up the slack. Through three weeks, the answer has been Ginn. Ginn ranks second on the team behind Greg Olsen with 10 catches and 188 receiving yards. His 22 targets also rank second on the team, and are double that of the team's third-most-targeted option, Devin Funchess. Ginn carries the burden of being considered a draft bust, but he has seems to have found a niche in Carolina.

Ginn caught four of his nine targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's game against the Texans. He also racked up 44 yards on four punt returns in the 24-17 win.
EDGE Analysis
While he is primarily a deep threat, Ginn has now been targeted 16 times through two weeks and actually leads the team with 95 receiving yards. The speedster is not a reliable fantasy contributor at the moment due to the inconsistency of the Carolina passing attack, although a few big games could be in the cards if he continues to see targets at this rate. The Panthers will welcome the struggling Saints to town in Week 3.

Gin caught two passes for 54 yards in Sunday's win over the Jaguars. He also added 46 yards in three punt returns.
EDGE Analysis
The speedster could've had a much larger impact on the game, as he was targeted seven times, including several missed deep passes in addition to one 37-yard gain. Ginn will seemingly have a niche as a deep threat in what is a relatively thin receiving corps, but he is far from a reliable fantasy contributor at the moment. Carolina will welcome the Texans to town in Week 2.

Coach Ron Rivera said Monday that Ginn is being viewed as one of the Panthers' starting wideouts heading into their Week 1 matchup with the Jaguars, Jonathan Jones of the Charlotte Observer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn has historically floundered when given the opportunity to earn meaningful snaps at receiver throughout his career, so it could be a matter of time before second-round rookie Devin Funchess gets a chance to displace him in the starting lineup. In any case, even with Kelvin Benjamin (torn ACL) out of the picture, lead wideout Corey Brown and tight end Greg Olsen figure to be quarterback Cam Newton's primary targets in the passing game.
