Stroud and WR Rahsaan Vaughn. Peterman signed a one-year deal, but never challenged for a starting job in New York despite starting all 16 games each of the past three years in Detroit. Going on 32, Peterman's play has greatly declined in recent seasons, but he'll still likely make himself a part of the try-out circuit along the interior.

Peterman is owed $600K in offseason bonuses, in addition to a $2.65 million salary. The Lions are expected to consider "revamping," their offensive line for 2013, particularly on the interior. Raiola seems the more likely cap casualty.
