Diggs (non injury-related/rest) was limited at practice Friday, but he doesn't carry a designation ahead of Sunday's regular-season finale against the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
Per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, the league is reviewing an alleged Dec. 2 incident that led to Diggs facing a felony charge of strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of assault. According to Jeremy Bergman of NFL.com, while the matter is under review as a potential violation of the league's personal conduct policy, the wideout is eligible to play, though it's possible Diggs' status could change as the legal process unfolds. As Week 18 approaches, Diggs leads the Patriots with 82 catches (on 99 targets) for 970 yards and four TDs in 16 regular-season contests.

An alleged Dec. 2 incident that has led to Diggs facing charges is under review of the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy, Mike Reiss of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The report notes that Diggs was found to be facing a felony charge of strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of assault stemming from the alleged incident. Jeremy Bergman of NFL.com relays via a league statement that Diggs is eligible to play at this time, but could be considered for placement on the Commissioner Exempt List "following formal charges in the form of an indictment by a grand jury, the filing of charges by a prosecutor, or an arraignment in a criminal court." The Patriots face the Dolphins in their regular-season finale Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.

Diggs' attorneys appeared in court on his behalf Tuesday in Dedham, Mass. after the receiver was charged with felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery stemming from an alleged incident that occurred Dec. 2, Frank O'Laughlin of Boston 25 News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Diggs was never arrested in connection with the incident, which took place one day after the Patriots' 33-15 win over the Giants in Week 13. His attorneys are seeking to have the police report impounded, arguing that details about the case should remain sealed. Diggs is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 23, but the Patriots haven't yet provided comment on the matter nor indicated whether the wideout's availability for Week 18 against the Dolphins and the team's ensuing postseason run is in any jeopardy.

Diggs caught all six of his targets 101 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-10 win over the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Diggs did all his damage in the first half, working as the clear No. 1 option in a receiving corps depleted by the absences of Kayshon Boutte (concussion) and Mack Hollins (abdomen, IR). The 32-year-old Diggs has exceeded 100 receiving yards in consecutive games for the second time this season and has cracked the century mark five times as a member of the Patriots. He's 14 months removed from tearing the ACL in his right knee. New England needs a Week 18 win over the Dolphins and a Broncos loss to the Chargers for the Patriots to get the No. 1 seed in the AFC and a wild-card round bye.

Diggs recorded nine receptions on 10 targets for 138 yards in Sunday's 28-24 win over the Ravens.
EDGE Analysis
Diggs ended his recent dry spell with his fourth 100-plus yard game of the season. The veteran receiver nearly doubled his entire production (72 yards, zero TDs) from his last three contests combined with Sunday's monster output. Diggs upped his season receiving line to 76-869-3, putting him in a realistic position to record his first 1,000-yard season since he was a member of the Bills in 2023. The wideout's next opportunity to work on that achievement will come in a road tilt against the Jets next Sunday.

Diggs caught three of four targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 35-31 loss to the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
Diggs set season highs with 10 catches for 146 yards in his Week 5 return to Buffalo, but he couldn't muster much in the rematch 10 weeks later. He has faded down the stretch with 26 or fewer receiving yards in each of the past three games. The Patriots have relied primarily on the running game with the weather getting colder, and that game plan may not change in Week 16 at Baltimore.

Diggs secured three of four targets for 26 yards in the Patriots' 33-15 win over the Giants on Monday night.
EDGE Analysis
Despite Drake Maye throwing for 282 yards on 24 completions, Diggs was once again a minor player in the air attack. The veteran wideout has 46 yards or fewer in five of his last six games, including back-to-back sub-30-yard tallies. Nevertheless, Diggs has the ability to resurface in a passing game that spreads the wealth around to different targets on a weekly basis, and such an instance could come in a Week 15 matchup against his old Bills teammates on Sunday, Dec. 14 following a Week 14 bye.

Diggs caught two of three targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 26-20 win over the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Quarterback Drake Maye focused most of his attention on veteran tight end Hunter Henry, who erupted for a 7-115-1 line on 10 targets, while Diggs' two catches actually tied for the team lead among Patriots' wideouts. The three targets also tied for his season low, but Diggs has still caught multiple passes in every game this season, en route a 61-679-3 line on 75 targets through 12 contests. He'll look to bounce back in Week 13 against the Giants.

Thu 11/13/25 11:42 PM

Diggs secured nine of 11 targets for 105 yards in the Patriots' 27-14 win over the Jets on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Diggs led the Patriots across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night, posting his third 100-yard game of a resurgent season in the process. The veteran wideout recorded a pair of catches of 20-plus yards as well, and his reception tally was his second highest of the campaign. Diggs seemed to benefit from the absence of Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) on Thursday, but the former's target volume could take at least a slight hit if the latter is able to return for a favorable Week 12 home matchup against the Bengals.

Sun 11/9/25 6:19 PM

Diggs brought in five of eight targets for 46 yards and a touchdown in the Patriots' 28-23 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
It was a prototypical stat line for Diggs, who did a lot of the dirty work in the short and medium passing windows as customary. The veteran wideout also recorded a touchdown for a third consecutive game on the final play of the first half, recording a nifty one-yard scoring grab in close quarters. Diggs' yardage total was also his second highest of the last five games, and he should continue filling a key role in Thursday night's divisional battle versus the Jets.
