Baker tallied two tackles in five games of work with the Falcons in 2014. Baker, a depth defensive back, was relegated to the practice squad early in the season until injuries earned him a promotion. His lone two tackles came in Week 17 against thew Panthers. The Falcons have a lot of depth at defensive back, so it may be tough for Baker to find a spot on the active roster in 2015.

The Falcons released Baker on Tuesday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Baker, who played in just four games this season, was released to open up a roster spot for Charles Godfrey.
