The Virginia Tech product is the first fullback off the board in the 2017 NFL Draft. By selecting Rogers, the Rams are showing at least some dedication towards getting better blocking in front of Todd Gurley. Rogers also had some utility as a pass catcher out of the backfield, nabbing 24 receptions last season.
