EDGE Analysis
Lewis spent the 2018 campaign on Tennessee's practice squad before parting ways with the team in May. The 25-year-old has not suited up for an NFL game since 2017, when he logged 36 catches for 416 yards and two scores as a member of the Giants.

Lewis was waived by the Titans on Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Lewis signed a reserve/future contract with the Titans on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis was let go by the Giants at roster cutdowns and was on Tennessee's practice squad since early October. The 25-year-old had 36 rececptions for 416 yards and two touchdowns with New York in 2017 as he enters the offseason as a Titan.

Lewis is signing a practice squad deal with the Titans, Paul Kuharsky of 104.5 The Zone Nashville reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis spent his first two NFL seasons with the Giants and has experience both on offense and special teams. He could wind up promoted or signed to an active roster down the road, but he will remain on the practice squad for the time being.

The Giant are cutting Lewis on Saturday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis took on a significant workload last season within a banged-up Giants receiving corps, totaling 36 catches for 416 yards and two touchdowns. That said, he posted a miserable 5.8 YPT, and seemingly was unable to impress the new coaching staff during the offseason program or preseason slate. He'll look to latch on elsewhere as a depth wideout.

Lewis (ankle) made some big plays with the second-team offense during minicamp, John Schmeelk of the Giants' official website reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis has recovered from last year's ankle injury, but he apparently was working with backup quarterback Davis Webb, while Sterling Shepard, Cody Latimer and Hunter Sharp got most of the snaps with Eli Manning. The Giants figure to look at a bunch of different players in the No. 3 receiver role once Odell Beckham (ankle) returns for training camp, with Lewis likely battling Latimer, Sharp, Russell Shepard and Travis Rudolph. The division of snaps at minicamp suggests Lewis' status as the incumbent may not be all that important.

Lewis (ankle) is participating in Eli Manning's annual passing camp at Duke University, Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's a sign that Lewis didn't have any major setbacks in his rehab from Jan. 2 surgery to remove bone spurs from his ankle. He estimated he'd need two months to recover, potentially allowing him to participate in the Giants' offseason program without limitations. The 24-year-old wideout took on a larger-than-expected role last season, making eight starts in 15 games as part of an injury-riddled receiving corps. However, he didn't make much of a case for continued involvement in the future, averaging only 11.6 yards per catch and 5.8 per target, with 36 receptions and two touchdowns on 72 targets. There won't be much use trying to project Lewis' role for the upcoming season until there's clarity regarding the Giants' plans for Brandon Marshall (ankle) and Odell Beckham (ankle). The latter is a potential hold out and the former a potential cap casualty, with both looking to bounce back from major ankle injuries suffered in October.

Lewis (ankle) may not be full-go for the start of offseason workouts in April, Dan Duggan of NJ Advance Media reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis underwent surgery to remove bone spurs from his right ankle on Jan. 2 and said the recovery time from the procedure "should be about two months." Thus, there at least seems to be a chance the receiver can participate in OTAs. Either way, there isn't any concern over his availability for training camp.

Lewis (ankle bone spurs) was active Sunday against the Redskins, but never saw the field. He's having surgery to repair the injury Tuesday, Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis was set for a big role had he been able to get on the field as the Giants were thin at receiver, but they opted to hold him out. Lewis' role with the team is unclear heading into 2018 with Odell Beckham set to return and Sterling Shepard guaranteed a prominent role.

Lewis (ankle) doesn't have a designation on the final injury report for Sunday's game against the Redskins.
EDGE Analysis
Coming off three straight games with at least four catches and 10 targets, Lewis was a limited participant at every practice this week. While he could be headed for another hefty workload with Sterling Shepard (neck), Tavarres King (concussion) and Evan Engram (ribs) all ruled out, Lewis has been inefficient with his opportunities (5.8 yards per target) and will now have to face a Washington defense that's surrendered the 11th fewest yards (137 per game) and fourth fewest catches (9.5 per) to wide receivers. Keenan Allen, Adam Thielen and Doug Baldwin -- all of whom often work from the slot -- are the only wideouts that have reached 100 yards against the Redskins this year. Lewis figures to play the vast majority of his snaps outside, with Travis Rudolph likely handling most of the slot work.
