He split the backfield workload almost evenly with Darren McFadden, and Turbin continues to see the majority of short-yardage work. He'll have a tough matchup Saturday against the Jets, however, making him a very risky play even in formats that emphasize TDs.

Things didn't get much better in the following weeks as the former Seahawks running back managed to amass just eight carries for 33 yards in Week's 7 and 8, prompting the Browns to waive him in favor of offensive lineman Darrian Miller, who they promoted off the practice squad in a corresponding move. Turbin will likely get a look from a few teams interested in building depth at the running back position, but for now his fantasy value remains minimal.

Cleveland was held to just 39 rushing yards in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals, continuing a maddening performance on offense in the Browns' run game. Turbin has been splitting carries with Isaiah Crowell and Duke Johnson thus far, and this trend will most likely continue for the duration of the season. Until any one of the three main Cleveland backs prove they are head and shoulders better than the man next to him, their workload will probably be diminished by the other two.
