Free agent TE Robert Royal told the New Orleans Times-Picayune Friday that he wants to play for the Saints. Lots of players want to be Saints because they're annual contenders and play an up-tempo style on both offense and defense. Royal, 33, was released by Cleveland in February. He's lost all semblance of playmaking ability.
