Ravens signed ILB Ricky Brown. Brown has been a reserve linebacker and special teamer with the Raiders for most of the last six seasons. Now 28, he'll battle for a backup inside 'backer spot in the Ravens' 3-4.

Raiders placed LB Ricky Brown on injured reserve with a concussion, ending his season. He should eventually be released with an injury settlement. Primarily a special teamer at this stage of his career, Brown had yet to notch a tackle in three games this season.
