Bills waived WR Paul Hubbard. The Browns' 2008 sixth-rounder has the size/speed package to keep getting looks, but he's yet to impress as a receiver. Also cut by the Bills Sunday: DB Rajric Coleman, RB Anthony Elzy, P Reid Forrest, CB Loyce Means and OL Isaiah Thompson.

YNN Buffalo reports Bills WR Paul Hubbard was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with DWI. Hubbard took his cue from Modest Mouse's Float On, hitting a police officer with his own vehicle. Whoops. The officer was treated and released. No higher than seventh on the depth chart, Hubbard was already facing extremely long odds to make the Bills' roster this season.
