The New Orleans Times-Picayune suggests Saints RCB Patrick Robinson has the "potential to be a standout" entering his second year as a starter.
Robinson got picked on early last season, but by the end of the year was arguably outplaying LCB Jabari Greer. Robinson also made Tracy Porter expendable after leading the Saints with four interceptions and finishing second to Greer with 15 pass breakups. Robinson will continue to start at right corner in 2012.

The Saints are reportedly ''very comfortable'' with CB Patrick Robinson becoming a full-time starter next season.
A first-round pick in 2010, Robinson appeared in 15 games, recording 47 tackles and four interceptions. Considered the in-house favorite to replace free agent Tracy Porter, Robinson's production surpassed Porter's in nearly every defensive category last season.

Saints nickel back Patrick Robinson is expected to take on an increased role this season.
The Saints' secondary is coming back mostly intact and strong. With Jabari Greer, Tracy Porter and Robinson at the corner position, this figures to be a difficult defense to throw on again. They were the No. 4 pass defense in the NFL last year in terms of yards allowed per game.
