Robinson is going through the league's mandated concussion protocol, Mike Chappell of IndySportsCentral.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robinson suffered the concussion during Sunday's loss to the Lions after starting and recording five tackles. He'll have to pass through a series of tests throughout the week and ultimately go through a controlled practice before being cleared through the concussion protocol, which brings his status for Sunday's matchup with the Broncos into question. The Colts are dealing with a slew of injuries in their secondary and could be short-handed if Robinson remains sidelined and Darius Butler is unable to return from an ankle injury.

Robinson (groin) will not play in Saturday's preseason game against the Eagles, Mike Chappell of indysportscentral.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robinson is one of seven players in the Colt's secondary that will not play in Saturday's tilt, leaving the team extremely thin at the position. Robinson hasn't practiced this week but is considered day-to-day and he could return for the team's final preseason matchup, next Thursday against the Bengals. Look for Frankie Williams to see a significant increase in reps with so many players out.

Robinson (groin) is considered day-to-day, Mike Chappell of Indysportscentral.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Having started 10 games for the Chargers last season, the Colts acquired the cornerback in March with hopes that he could help out alongside Vontae Davis. Although Robinson missed Indianapolis' second preseason game last Saturday, the seven-year vet is expected be able to play in the team's third preseason game this Saturday.

Robinson (groin) is out for the Colts' second preseason game against the Ravens, Kevin Bowen of colts.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Colts are dealing with the absences of both Vontae Davis and Robinson on Saturday. While neither injuries appear to be too serious, Indianapolis is likely to monitor both players closely over the next several days. Darius Butler and Tevin Mitchel will likely see increased work in the secondary as a result.

The Colts and Robinson agreed to a three-year contract Wednesday, Zak Keefer of the Indianapolis Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
Filling an obvious need opposite standout corner Vontae Davis, Robinson is coming off a 49-tackle, one-pick campaign with the Chargers, his sixth in the NFL. In addition to the output, the 28-year-old Robinson allowed just 8.9 YPC, which was the second-best mark of 118 corners who logged at last 25 percent of their team's snaps last season, according to Kevin Bowen of the Colts' official site.

The Chargers have signed Robinson to a one-year deal, ESPN.com reports. Robinson, who recorded 39 tackles and two picks with the Saints last season, adds depth to the Chargers' secondary (along with fellow newcomer Jimmy Wilson) following the free agent departures of Shareece Wright and Marcus Gilchrist.

Robinson made two tackles (both solo) in Sunday's win against the Vikings, but he played only one defensive snap, according to theNew Orleans Times-Picayune, as he contributed primarily on defense following his demotion form the starting lineup. With Corey White taking over the starting cornerback spot opposite Keenan Lewis, Robinson was relegated to special teams' duties, with the Saints preferring to deploy three safeties in their nickel packages rather than letting Robinson take the field in coverage. With the team's defensive success - though taken with a grain of salt against a Vikings' attack led mainly by rookie Teddy Bridgewater in his first career action - Robinson's days as a starting cornerback an IDP-relevant player are likely over in New Orleans, absent injury.

Despite recording six tackles (five solo) and a pass defended, Robinson was mercifully benched in Sunday's loss to the Browns. Robinson's struggles in coverage have been well documented, and the Browns threw at him early and often in Sunday's contest, resulting in the healthy IDP statistics despite the benching. Robinson's IDP value is directly tied to his starting spot, and while the Saints are extremely thin at cornerback, Corey White was given the first crack at filling Robinson's shoes. So long as White remains the starter, Robinson's fantasy value takes a huge hit, but if he is able to reclaim the starting gig, Robinson should continue to be an IDP option due to the high volume of passes thrown his way.

Robinson struggled in coverage in Thursday's preseason finale against the Ravens, reports the New Orleans Times-Picayune, which could put his assumed starting spot in jeopardy. Robinson finished the game with four tackles (three solo). Robinson was repeatedly picked on by Ravens' backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor, despite Robinson being matched up against Baltimore's reserve wide receivers much of the night. If Robinson does lose his grip on the starting spot, he likely disappears from the IDP radar. If, however, Robinson maintains his starting gig, his struggles are likely a blessing in disguise for fantasy owners, as teams will likely continue to throw Robinson's way, giving him a chance to rack of IDP-relevant stats.
