Broncos signed LB Paris Lenon. Lenon, 35, will serve as depth with Stewart Bradley (wrist) out indefinitely and Von Miller facing a lengthy ban. Lenon has started 48 games over the last three seasons for the Cardinals, but his effectiveness has bottomed out. Lenon graded out as ProFootballFocus' No. 52 3-4 ILB last year out of 53 qualifiers.

Cardinals beat writer Darren Urban doesn't believe re-signing free agent ILB Paris Lenon is a likely option following the suspension of ILB Daryl Washington. Lenon, 35, has started 48 games the last three seasons for the Cardinals but has declined in effectiveness each year. A new coaching staff, age, and a vulnerability against the run are among the reasons we don't see a reunion with the team.

AZCardinals.com "wouldn't be surprised" if the Cardinals don't re-sign impending free agent ILB Paris Lenon. Frankly, it would be far more surprising if Arizona brought Lenon, 35, back than it would be if they let him go. He has been completely man-handled versus the run over the last three seasons, despite starting all 48 games. Arizona needs to find a better player to line up next to stud ILB Daryl Washington.

Cardinals ILB Paris Lenon left Sunday night's preseason opener with a right ankle injury. His return was listed as "doubtful," meaning Lenon won't return to the preseason opener. Lenon has been an incredibly durable pro, missing one game in his entire 11-year career. Stewart Bradley is Lenon's backup inside.

Cardinals ILB Paris Lenon's $1.9 million 2012 salary has been bumped to $2.4 million by playing-time incentives. Lenon played an absurd 1,127 snaps during his age-34 campaign last season, more than any other linebacker in the league. He also graded out as one of Pro Football Focus' worst 3-4 inside linebackers in the process, however. If all goes according to plan for the Cardinals, ILB Stewart Bradley will make strides during his second season in the desert, greatly curtailing Lenon's snaps.

Cardinals ILB Paris Lenon was forced from Sunday's game against the Bengals in the first quarter with a wrist injury. The 34-year-old defensive leader is questionable to return.

Cardinals ILB Paris Lenon left Sunday's game against the Redskins with a knee injury. With Daryl Washington (calf) already out, the Cardinals are in big trouble at inside 'backer. They are down to just Stewart Bradley and Reggie Walker while Tim Hightower is running right over them.

Veteran Paris Lenon managed to hold off Stewart Bradley for the starting job next to Daryl Washington. The Cardinals point to Lenon's work last season as well as training camp, but it's a nod to his status as team leader as well. He was named defensive captain Thursday. Expected to be the first linebacker off the bench, Bradley will see more snaps than a typical backup.
