Zaccheaus has agreed to a deal with the Commanders, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

In his only campaign with the Eagles, Zaccheaus (who caught 40 passes with the Falcons in 2022) finished the 2023 regular season with 10 catches for 164 yards and two TDs in 17 games. With the Commanders, the 26-year-old will add depth to a wideout corps that is currently led by Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson. In that context, Zaccheaus has some bounce-back potential if he can carve out steady snaps in 2024 behind the team's top duo.

EDGE Analysis

Zaccheaus was targeted 53 and 61 times in his final two seasons in Atlanta, but that number dropped all the way to 20 after his move to Philadelphia. He went without a target in six games and without a catch nine times. He'll be a free agent this offseason but didn't set himself up well for a substantial payday.

Zacchaeus wasn't targeted a single time in Sunday's 42-19 loss to the 49ers.

EDGE Analysis

Zaccheaus now has seven catches and 14 targets in 12 games played this season after going untargeted for the first time since Week 2. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith combined for 24 targets, leaving little for the rest of the receiving corps even in a game in which the Eagles threw 48 times.

Zaccheaus hauled in his lone target in Sunday's 37-34 overtime win over the Bills for a 29-yard touchdown.

EDGE Analysis

On third-and-15 with the Eagles losing, 24-21, in the fourth quarter, Jalen Hurts scrambled to his left and found Zacchaeus in the back corner of the end zone, and the wide receiver hauled in the pass above two Buffalo defenders to give his team the lead. It was an impressive highlight, but given that Zaccheaus has fewer catches (seven) than games played (11) this season, his fantasy relevance remains minimal.

Zaccheaus failed to secure his only target in Monday's 21-17 win over the Chiefs.

EDGE Analysis

Zaccheaus operated as the Eagles' No. 4 wideout in the contest, playing behind A.J. Brown, Devonta Smith and Julio Jones. Monday's game marked the fifth time that the veteran has been held without a catch in 10 games this season. With such limited usage, Zaccheaus should remain a risky bet for relevant fantasy production when the Eagles host the Bills in Week 12.

Zaccheaus caught one pass for eight yards in Sunday's victory over the Cowboys.

EDGE Analysis

Zaccheaus outsnapped fellow depth wideout Julio Jones by a 24-18 margin and had two targets to the veteran's zero, but even despite him keeping a firm grip on the third receiver job in Philadelphia, his fantasy value remains minimal. Zaccheaus is averaging less than one catch per game and has found the end zone just once all season.

Zacchaeus pulled in one of his two targets for five yards in Sunday's Week 8 win over Washington.

EDGE Analysis

Zaccheaus remained the third wideout in the absence of Quez Watkins (hamstring), outsnapping recent addition Julio Jones by a 29-15 margin. Both receivers finished with just two targets and one reception, however. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith combined for 15 catches, 229 yards and three scores, leaving little work for the rest of the receiving corps.

Zaccheaus was targeted twice in Sunday's 20-14 loss to the Jets, finishing with one catch for five yards.

EDGE Analysis

With Quez Watkins (hamstring) on injured reserve, Zaccheaus stepped up to be the Eagles third wideout, but the additional snaps didn't lead to much production. He's now caught a total of four passes in the three games Watkins has missed this year, though that's four more than his total of zero in the three games Watkins has been available.

Zaccheaus is expected to serve as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver in Sunday's game against the Jets with Quez Watkins (hamstring) ruled out for the Week 6 contest.

EDGE Analysis

While Watkins was sidelined for Weeks 3 and 4 with the same injury, Zaccheaus logged 55 and 85 percent snap shares, respectively, while working behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. The increased playing time didn't translate to much meaningful volume, however, as Zaccheaus mustered a 3-69-1 receiving line on five targets between those games. In addition to Brown and Smith, Zaccheaus will likely rank behind tight end Dallas Goedert and running back D'Andre Swift as a priority in the passing attack.

Zaccheaus was on the field for just nine offensive snaps in Sunday's 23-14 win over the Rams and was not targeted a single time.

EDGE Analysis

Quez Watkins returned from a two-game absence due to a hamstring injury, pushing Zaccheaus down to the fourth wide receiver on the depth chart. With Watkins unavailable, Zaccheaus averaged 1.5 catches for 34.5 yards and 0.5 touchdowns while seeing the field for an average of 50 offensive snaps per outing. In the three games Watkins has participated in, Zaccheaus hasn't been targeted once and has seen the field for an average of 17 offensive snaps per week.
