Bengals waived/injured DT Ogemdi Nwagbuo. The former Lions, Panthers, and Chargers defensive tackle was waived with an undislcosed illness. Nwagbuo was a roster long shot from the start.

Panthers waived DT Ogemdi Nwagbuo. An undrafted free agent in 2009, Nwagbuo appeared in 35 games between the Chargers and Panthers the past three seasons. He has just 44 career tackles and 1.5 sacks, but capable of playing both end and tackle, he should crack someone's roster in 2012.

Panthers signed DT Ogemdi Nwagbuo, formerly of the Chargers. Coach Ron Rivera is desperate size on the interior, and he has history with Nwagbuo from their time to together in San Diego. Nwagbuo recorded three tackles in four games with the Chargers earlier this season.

Chargers waived DL Ogembi Nwagbuo. The Bolts appreciate Nwagbuo's versatility with the ability to play nose tackle and either end spot, but he hadn't seen action since Week 5. The Chargers are looking for more of a pass-rushing presence up front.

Chargers re-signed NT Ogemdi Nwagbuo. Luis Castillo is in danger of missing at least half of the season with a broken tibia, so the Chargers brought back a familiar face. Nwagbuo, 25, can play both nose tackle and left defensive end in the 3-4. He appeared in 15 games without a start last season, racking up 19 tackles and a half-sack.

Chargers waived NT Ogemdi Nwagbuo. Nwagbuo has been a regular contributor in San Diego over the past two seasons, but his performance was a different story. Still, he can play nose tackle and end in the 3-4. It wouldn't be surprising if he attracted some interest.
