Oweh recorded four tackles (four solo), including 2.0 sacks, in Sunday's win over the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Oweh played 54 percent of the defensive snaps against Kansas City, his second-highest snap rate since debuting with the Chargers in Week 6 following his trade from the Ravens. Oweh has been quite the find for Los Angeles, piling up 21 tackles (12 solo), including 7.0 sacks, and 11 QB hits across nine games since his acquisition.

Oweh recorded three tackles (two solo), including 1.0 sacks, during Thursday's 37-10 win versus the Vikings.
EDGE Analysis
Oweh shrugged off a chip from tight end T.J. Hockenson and chopped down the arms of right tackle Walter Rouse on his way to bring down quarterback Carson Wentz late in the first half to help force a long field goal. He'll be hoping to keep up his positive momentum with his new team in Week 9 at Tennessee.

The Chargers acquired Oweh and a 2027 seventh-round pick from the Ravens on Tuesday in exchange for safety Alohi Gilman and a 2026 fifth-round pick, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
After breaking out for a career-best 10-sack season in 2024, Oweh had yet to get to the quarterback through the Ravens' first five contests of 2025. On a positive note, the 26-year-old had accrued 10 tackles as a part-time member of Baltimore's edge-rusher rotation, and his pressure rate of 11 percent was good for 33rd in the NFL among qualified defenders, per Kris Rhim of ESPN.com. The Chargers are hoping that Oweh's strong pressure rate will translate into more sacks in Los Angeles, where he could also see an uptick in snaps on the edge while Khalil Mack (elbow) remains on injured reserve for at least one more week. Baltimore, meanwhile, will get some much-needed reinforcement in its banged-up secondary with the addition of Gilman, who made 39 starts for the Chargers over the last five-plus seasons.

Oweh (eye) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
Oweh landed on the Ravens' Week 5 injury report after being a limited participant Thursday due to an eye injury. After missing Friday's session, he was deemed questionable for Sunday's contest. With his active status confirmed, Oweh's availability is a boost to a Baltimore defense that is missing multiple key players versus Houston. To date, Oweh has recorded nine tackles in four games, but has yet to notch a sack after recording 10.0 over 17 regular-season games in 2024.

Oweh did not participate in Friday's practice due to an eye injury and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
Oweh popped up on Thursday's practice report as a limited participant due to an eye injury. The injury prevented him from taking part in Friday's session, and he is now in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game. The Ravens are already missing multiple key defenders, but their edge rushing depth was bolstered with the return of Kyle Van Noy. If Oweh is unable to play, Tavius Robinson, Mike Green and David Ojabo would be in line to see an uptick in defensive snaps opposite Van Noy.

Oweh told reporters Wednesday that he added 20 pounds of muscle this offseason, Cordell Woodland of 105.7 The Fan Baltimore reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 2021 first-round draft pick also said the weight addition was an attempt to become more explosive. Oweh is coming off the best season of his four-year NFL career, recording 39 total tackles, including 10.0 sacks, and one forced fumble over 17 regular-season games. With the added weight and increased explosiveness, he's expected to continue causing problems for opposing quarterbacks in 2025.

Oweh tallied 39 tackles (25 solo), including 10.0 sacks, and one forced fumble across 17 regular-season games in 2024.
EDGE Analysis
Oweh logged 5.0 sacks in two of his first three seasons since being selected by the Ravens in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He didn't get a contract extension during the offseason, but that seemed to have fuelled his production in 2024 as he finished with a career-high 10.0 sacks, which was second-most on the Ravens behind Kyle Van Noy (13.5) and tied with Detroit's Za'Darius Smith for 16th-most in the NFL. Oweh enters the 2025 season on the fifth and final year of his rookie contract and could get an extension from Baltimore this time around.

Oweh (ankle) is active for Saturday's game against the Steelers.

Oweh (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's walkthrough and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Oweh ended the week with consecutive limited participation tags due to an ankle injury. His official status for Saturday's game may not be known until the Ravens announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff. If Oweh is not cleared to play, Tavius Robinson would likely serve as the Ravens' second starting outside linebacker alongside Brandon Stephens.

Oweh (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
Oweh wasn't listed on Tuesday's estimated practice report, but it's possible he picked up an ankle injury during the Ravens' 35-14 win over the Giants this past Sunday. He'll have to be a full participant in Thursday's practice in order to avoid an injury designation heading into Saturday's AFC North clash against the Steelers.
