Patriots released G/T Nick Kaczur. The move saves $3.4 million in salary. Kaczur refused to accept a pay cut after missing all of the 2010 season with a bulging disc in his back that required surgery. He's 32 years old, so this may be the end of the line. The Pats will go forward with Logan Mankins and Dan Connolly as their starting guards.
