Chargers signed LB Na'il Diggs, formerly of the Rams. The 33-year-old is purely injury insurance with Larry English (foot) and Shaun Phillips (hamstring) facing questions heading into the season. The Chargers are in trouble if Diggs is forced to play significant snaps on the outside.
