Wallace caught a season-high eight of 10 targets for 83 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-20 loss at Denver.
EDGE Analysis
It's somewhat surprising that Wallace had his best game of the season against a really strong secondary, and it's not like his production came in garbage time or something. On the flip side, Charles Johnson (ribs) was inactive and Jarius Wright (hand) was active, but did not receive a target, meaning Wallace had more opportunities. Make sure you have Wallace on your bench next week, as the Vikings will have their bye.

Wallace caught three of his four targets for just 49 yards in Sunday's win over the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
While the speedster led the Vikings in both yards and receptions, the defense and the running game staked them to a 31-7 lead and the passing game took a back seat. This is likely to be the case whenever the team gets ahead, as they seem content to rely on Adrian Peterson, limiting what second-year quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is asked to do. Wallace could be more involved next week if the Vikings get down against the Broncos on the road, but he will also have to contend with their excellent cornerback duo of Chris Harris and Aqib Talib.

Wallace nabbed three passes for 38 yards in Sunday's win over Detroit.
EDGE Analysis
Wallace leads the Vikings with 101 receiving yards through two weeks, a relatively modest sum that may be indicative of how the Vikings will operate this season. So long as Adrian Peterson is able to dominate opposing defenses, the Vikings will be a power-running team with passes coming at a premium. Wallace's fantasy owners can only hope that, with defenses stacking the box against Peterson, he may be freed up to use his great speed to go deep whenever the ball does come his way.

Wallace caught six passes (on seven targets) for 63 yards in Monday night's season opener against the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Wallace's seven targets tied teammate Kyle Rudolph for the Vikings' lead, but his six receptions and 63 yards paced Minnesota pass-catchers. In his first game as a Viking, Wallace seemed to have a solid understanding with quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, but an improved offensive performance will be of import to Minnesota in Week 2.

Wallace caught all three of his targets for 50 yards in Saturday's preseason game against the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Previously unimpressive this preseason, Wallace caught a couple of short passes in the first quarter, then added a 39-yard gain on a perfect throw from Teddy Bridgewater. Although he didn't get much separation on the play, Wallace is still one of the fastest receivers in the NFL, and Bridgewater's deep ball is much better than Ryan Tannehill's. Of course, the Vikings have quite a few mouths to feed, with Adrian Peterson, Charles Johnson, Kyle Rudolph and Jairus Wright all expected to play key roles in the offense. Wallace shouldn't lack for snaps.

Wallace says Minnesota's offense is a better fit for him than Miami and he's been spending extra time working with quarterback Teddy Bridgewater in OTAs, ESPN reports. "I think it's more so [like] my first four years," Wallace said. "It's a vertical offense, [rather] than a short, West Coast offense. You go down the field a lot more here, more what I'm accustomed to."
There's reason to think Wallace could return to the big play production of his days in Pittsburgh where 69 percent of his touchdowns came on throws of 20 yards or more, according to Pro Football Focus. Miami quarterback Ryan Tannehill was poor on deep throws last season, completing just 13 of 49 passes of 20 yards or more, according to ESPN. Meanwhile, Bridgewater had the third best quarterback rating on balls thrown 15 or more yards down field last year.

Wallace and a seventh-round pick were traded to the Vikings for a fifth-round pick on Friday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Wallace will line up opposite Greg Jennings in 2015 giving the Vikings a solid one-two punch for their young quarterback, Teddy Bridgewater. Along with the duo, the Vikings have breakout receiver Charles Johnson and a strong receiving tight end in Kyle Rudolph, and possibly a returning Adrian Peterson. While Bridgewater doesn't have the arm strength to match Ryan Tannehill, he should have enough to make Wallace a threat vertically again in 2015.

Wallace is now expected to be back with Miami next season, according to the Miami Herald.
It seems the Dolphins are pleased with how Wallace has made amends since last season ended. He has talked and cleared the air with Ryan Tannehill, wants to return to the team, salary is in line with other receivers, and maybe most importantly of all, wasn't able to be traded.

Wallace is on the trade block, according to the Miami Herald.
This shouldn't come as a shock to anyone after the "he said, he said" incident that happened in the final game of last season and with Wallace being unhappy in the Miami offense. The problem however will be finding a team willing to take on a contract that is is nowhere near equal to the level of production supplied.

The Dolphins are nearing a decision on Wallace, according to the Miami Herald. When the Dolphins signed Wallace in 2013, he became the NFL's highest paid wide receiver, he currently sits in fourth place. Is he worth that amount of money? Probably not but the Dolphins are now leaning towards asking him to take a pay cut rather than cutting him.
