Thomas (suspension) had his suspension lifted by the Commissioner on Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas can now join the Rams' 53-man roster after serving a four-game suspension for violating the league's PED policy. The second-year receiver could be hard-pressed to find meaningful snaps with the Rams' offense that currently leads the league in points scored.

Thomas is day-to-day after entering the concussion protocol, according to head coach Sean McVay, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas didn't suit up for the first preseason game against Dallas, but he caught four of six targets for 49 yards before sustaining an injury in the fourth quarter of Saturday's win over the Raiders. The second-year receiver is already going to miss the first four games of the season because of a PED suspension, so entering the concussion protocol isn't going to help win over the new Los Angeles coaching regime. As it stands, it seems unlikely that Thomas will carve out a large enough role in the passing attack to be a serviceable fantasy asset in 2017.

Thomas is not expected to play in Saturday's preseason opener against the Cowboys, Rich Hammond of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list earlier in the week, but it sounds like the Rams will hold off on allowing him to take the field just yet. He will miss the first four games of the season due to a PED suspension. The second year receiver does not have a role locked up with the club yet, so he will need to make an impression as the preseason progresses.

Thomas (suspension) was removed from the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list Monday, Aiden reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas' removal from the PUP list means that he'll be able to return to action Week 5 following his four-game PED ban. Thomas isn't expected to have any major role this season, but it's still early and he'll have the entire preseason to prove his worth.

Thomas has been suspended for the first four games of the regular season due to a violation of the league's policy on performance enhancing substances, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas only caught three passes as a rookie, but was seemingly primed for a larger role in his second season as one of the Rams' few deep threats. Now, any improvement will have to wait until the second quarter of the campaign, as Thomas' suspension will sideline him until Los Angeles' Oct. 8 home game against the Seahawks. With Thomas unavailable, rookies Cooper Kupp and Josh Reynolds could benefit from more snaps.

EDGE Analysis
After missing last week's game versus the Niners, Thomas garnered just one target Sunday, which he secured for 15 yards.

Thomas (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas was limited earlier in the week, but a full practice Friday has him trending in the right direction to finish this season. With No. 1 wideout Kenny Britt (shoulder) doubtful to play, Thomas could benefit from sliding up Los Angeles' depth chart.

Thomas (hip) is inactive for Saturday's game against the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas was listed as doubtful coming into Saturday, so it is not surprising to see him sitting against San Francisco. Thomas has two catches on the year.

Thomas (hip) is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game against the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas' two catches on the season have come over Los Angeles' past two games, but it appears unlikely that he'll have the opportunity to build on that progress Saturday due to a hip problem.

The Rams selected Thomas in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, 206th overall.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas terrorized Conference USA competition in 2015 at Southern Mississippi, reeling in 71 receptions for 1,391 yards (19.59 YPR) with 14 touchdowns in 13 games. At 6-1, 200 pounds, Thomas has the size to cut it at the next level. His 4.53, 40-yard dash suggests that he doesn't have top-end speed, but Thomas can elevate and he's able to win 50-50 balls. He'll need to work his way up the Rams' crowded-yet-unspectacular receiving depth chart as he adjusts to NFL-level competition. It could take Thomas a while to get on the field in any regular capacity, but he has intriguing traits.
