It's the second restructure this offseason for Evans, who is exchanging base salary for a bonus to help his team clear out 2019 cap space. He missed June minicamp while nursing a hamstring injury, but coach Bruce Arians suggested it wasn't a major concern. Evans should be ready for the start of training camp in late July, serving as the unquestioned lead target in a pass-first offense.

Jameis Winston figures to hone in on Evans, Chris Godwin and O.J. Howard in 2019, as Jackson and Humphries accounted for 179 targets last season. The 25-year-old Evans is looking to build on a 2018 campaign in which he established personal bests for receiving yards (1,524), yards per catch (17.7) and yards per target (11.1). The efficiency will be difficult to match, but an uptick in volume (139 targets) could make up for any decline in YPT.

The soon-to-be sixth-year veteran set a new career high with 1,524 receiving yards while posting the second-best reception (86) and touchdown (eight) totals of his career. Arians has already committed to Jameis Winston as his starting quarterback, which establishes immediate stability at an all-important position. The continuity under center also ups Evans' chances of success, given his well-established rapport with the 2015 first overall pick. Evans can certainly draw encouragement from the prolific numbers that Larry Fitzgerald generated under Arians as the No.1 receiver in Arizona, particularly over a three-season stretch from 2015-17 during which the future Hall of Famer compiled 325 receptions for 3,394 yards and 21 touchdowns across 48 games.

The fifth-year pro now has one reception of over 30 yards in each of the last three games, posting yardage totals of between 86 and 121 in those contests. Evans has enjoyed a strong second half of the season overall despite some turmoil at the quarterback position, and he'll look to add finish his campaign strong versus the Falcons in Week 17.

The catch rate left something to be desired, but Evans managed a highly appealing stat line from a fantasy standpoint. Over half of his production came on a 64-yard reception on a broken play, which helped lead to his seventh 100-yard effort of the season. The 25-year-old was kept out of the end zone again, however, and he 's now gone four consecutive games without a touchdown. He'll look to build on Sunday's effort versus a stingy Cowboys secondary in Week 16.

Evans hauled in his game-long 36-yard reception early in the first quarter, and he was quiet for a good portion of the game thereafter. However, he still finished tops on the team in receiving yards and drew even with Adam Humphries and Jacquizz Rodgers for most receptions. Evans has been productive on the latter front in particular of late, as he amassed between Sunday's 86 yards and 120 yards in three of his past four contests. Now just 115 yards away from eclipsing his career high of 1,321, Evans will look to continue building towards that total against the Ravens in Week 15.

Evans received one of his lowest target counts of the season and did little of note outside his long gain of 20 yards. He came in having topped the 100-yard mark in two straight, so this dull performance in a seemingly inviting matchup will be frustrating on fantasy owners counting on the big wideout. Evans also failed to reach the end zone again and has now done so just once over his last five games. He'll look to get back on track in what should be a high-scoring matchup with the Saints next Sunday.
