The hamstring injury Evans suffered in Sunday's 38-35 win over the Colts could be of the season-ending variety, Roy Cummings of WFLA NewsChannel 8 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Evans pulled up lame after taking his only reception 61 yards for a touchdown in the first half against the Colts. Coach Bruce Arians sounded a highly pessimistic tone about Evans' status in his postgame press conference, saying the word on the Pro-Bowl receiver was "not good". More updates are certain to come over the next 24-to-48 hours, with an MRI almost assuredly on tap. In the interim, with what appears to be at least a one-game absence in Evans' immediate future, Chris Godwin and Breshad Perriman could be the primary beneficiaries.

Evans won't return to Sunday's game versus the Colts due to a hamstring injury, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jameis Winston hit Evans in stride for a 61-yard TD near the end of the first quarter, but the wide receiver pulled up at the end of the play and seemed to be favoring his right hamstring. Evans has no chance to return Sunday. His status will be monitored closely to get a sense of the injury.

Evans secured four of 11 targets for 53 yards in the Buccaneers' 28-11 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Evans paced the team in targets, but it only equated to his third straight sub-70-yard effort through the air. The multi-time Pro Bowler has gone four consecutive games without eclipsing the century mark overall, but the fact he's now seen double-digit targets in five contests this season speaks to how locked in his volume is. Evans will look to bounce back with better numbers against the Colts in Week 14.

Evans secured four of eight targets for 50 yards in the Buccaneers' 35-22 win over the Falcons on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Evans tied position mate Chris Godwin for the team lead in targets, but he was a distant second in receptions and particularly receiving yardage. Evans and Godwin appear to often alternate weeks as the top target for Jameis Winston, and while Sunday was definitely Evans' turn to play second fiddle, he did eclipse the 1,000-yard mark for the sixth straight season to open his career with Sunday's tally. The multi-time Pro Bowler naturally retains plenty of upside heading into a Week 13 interconference tilt against the Jaguars.

Evans brought in four of eight targets for 69 yards in the Buccaneers' 34-17 loss to the Saints on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Evans ostensibly got a matchup boost when Marshon Lattimore was ruled out of the contest earlier in the week due to a hamstring injury, but he was unable to fully capitalize. The multi-time Pro Bowler has now been under the century mark in back-to-back games after putting up a combined 378 receiving yards and three touchdowns over the prior pair of contests. Evans is still arguably Jameis Winston's top target the majority of weeks despite the occasional fluctuation in production, so he'll be in play in all formats once again for a Week 12 battle against the Falcons.

Evans has an improved Week 11 outlook with Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) ruled out for Sunday's game, Carmen Vitali of the Buccaneers' official website reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's been an interesting one-on-one matchup since Lattimore entered the league in 2017, with each bout producing a decisive winner. Evans roasted the Saints for 233 yards on just 13 targets in two games last season, but he then put up a goose egg in a Week 5 loss this year. The matchup is really only relevant for daily fantasy, considering Evans is on pace for a 96-1,643-12 receiving line. He's a solid WR1 in any season-long league, entering Sunday with four straight games with more than 80 yards.

Evans hauled in four of six targets for 82 yards in the Buccaneers' 30-27 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Evans once again paced the team in receiving yardage, but he actually was just fourth in targets and checked in under 100 yards receiving for the first time in the last three contests. He had been on an unsustainable pace of averaging 15 targets per game over the last three contests, and although he saw a considerable drop in looks Sunday, he still naturally remains a strong play in all formats going into a Week 11 divisional showdown against the Saints.

Evans secured 12 of 16 targets for 180 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 40-34 overtime loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
For the second straight game, Evans put up stellar fantasy numbers in a close Buccaneers loss. The standout receiver now has a 23-378-3 line over the last pair of games, and he's drawn a jaw-dropping 45 targets over the last three contests overall. Evans could have had an even bigger day, as he was the intended receiver on a pass that ended up in the hands of teammate Breshad Perriman in the end zone after it was deflected into the air. Given his elite production of late, Evans remains a very viable play in an upcoming Week 10 matchup against the fast-paced Cardinals.

Evans secured 11 of 12 targets for 198 yards and two touchdowns in the Buccaneers' 27-23 loss to the Titans on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Evans easily led both teams with his reception, receiving yardage and target totals, as the Titans secondary consistently proved to be no match for him all afternoon. He made catches short and long throughout the contest, including a spectacular leaping 46-yard grab down the right sideline. Evans' two scores came from nine and two yards out, and he now has two multi-touchdown games on the campaign. He'll look to stay hot against the Seahawks in a Week 9 matchup.

Evans brought in nine of 17 targets for 96 yards and also caught a two-point conversion pass in the Buccaneers' 37-26 loss to the Panthers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
A week after being blanked for only the second time in his career, Evans was peppered with a team-high amount of targets. The efficiency wasn't exactly high for the multi-time Pro Bowler, but the performance did serve as a much-needed resurgence. Evans' day could certainly have been even bigger, as he was the intended target on three of Jameis Winston's five interceptions. With a strong performance under his belt heading into the bye week, Evans will look to stay hot against the Titans in a Week 8 road interconference matchup.
