Pittman recorded seven receptions on nine targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Commanders.
EDGE Analysis
Even with Sam Ehlinger under center, Pittman commanded nine targets, with the next closest Colt seeing only five. However, he still lacked big-play ability, as his longest catch of the day went for 16 yards, and only one of his six other receptions went for double-digit yards. Pittman should continue to see plenty of volume, but he now has fewer than 60 yards in four of his last five games.

Pittman recorded six receptions on nine targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 19-10 loss to the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
Coming off of a 16-target performance, Pittman remained heavily involved in the Colts' offense but was outshined by Parris Campbell. He was also held under 60 yards for the third time in six games this season, as only two of his catches went for double-digit yards. Pittman has become very reliant on volume, as his two 100-yard tallies came in games when he had 13 and 16 targets, respectively. That may say more about the Colts' offense than Pittman, but it still isn't particularly positive for his outlook moving forward.

Pittman brought in 13 of 16 targets for 134 yards in the Colts' 34-27 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Pittman paced the Colts in receptions, receiving yards and targets in a standout performance that saw him left out of Matt Ryan's three-touchdown barrage and come up just short of securing a two-point conversion grab, but that still led to season-best numbers across the board. Pittman now has a pair of 100-yard efforts on the campaign, and he'll look to make his first trip to the end zone since Week 1 in the Colts' AFC South road showdown versus the Titans in Week 7.

Pittman secured five of eight targets for 59 yards in the Colts' 12-9 overtime win over the Broncos on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Pittman checked in second in receptions, receiving yards and targets to Alec Pierce in the low-scoring win. The standout third-year wideout's numbers represented somewhat of a resurgence after he'd generated a season-low 3-31 line in Week 4 against the Titans, but fantasy managers will be looking for more of a return to the 8.5 receptions and 96.5 yards Pittman averaged over the first two games when he next takes the field versus the Jaguars at home a week from Sunday.

Sun 10/2/22 6:54 PM

Pittman recorded three receptions on six targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
Pittman tied for the team lead with six targets, though that was down considerably from his marks of 13 and nine in his other two games this season. The Titans also kept Pittman limited to short areas of the field, as his longest reception went for only 14 yards. Until the Colts get the run game going or a supporting pass catcher emerges, opposing defenses may be able to focus all of their attention on Pittman. He's still capable of providing big performances, but the state of the Colts' offense could lead to inconsistency in his results.

Pittman (quadriceps) secured eight of nine targets for 72 yards in the Colts' 20-17 win over the Chiefs on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Pittman put together team-leading totals in receptions, receiving yards and targets in a successful return from a one-game absence. The second-year wideout has unsurprisingly been heavily involved in the two games he's played thus far, furnishing a 17-193-1 line on 22 targets in that sample. He'll project for another hefty workload when the Colts tangle with the Titans in a Week 4 home matchup against the division-rival Titans.

Coach Frank Reich said Friday that Pittman (quadriceps) is "ready to go" ahead of Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pittman was unable to play Week 2 due to a quadriceps injury, but after managing limited sessions both Wednesday and Thursday this week, he's been cleared to return to action. He'll thus serve as the Colts' top receiving option for quarterback Matt Ryan on Sunday, looking to build on a 9-121-1 line on 13 targets from the season opener.

Pittman (quadriceps) remained limited at practice Thursday, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
Both Pittman and Alec Pierce (concussion/full practice) missed this past Sunday's 24-0 loss to the Jaguars, but the duo could be available this weekend against the Chiefs. While Pittman declined to comment on his quad injury Thursday, back-to-back limited sessions on his part are encouraging. Friday's final injury report will reveal whether Indy's top wideout approaches Week 3 action with an injury designation or fully cleared to return.

Pittman (quadriceps) returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant.
EDGE Analysis
The wideout reportedly looked good during the open portion of practice, with Zak Keefer of The Athletic noting that Pittman is on track to return for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. The Colts played without both Pittman and Alec Pierce (concussion) in a 24-0 loss to the Jaguars in Week 2, but quarterback Matt Ryan could have his full complement of pass catchers available for the Week 3 matchup with Kansas City.

Pittman (quadriceps) is scheduled to practice Wednesday, Stephen Holder of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pittman's return to practice is a notable step in the right direction, even if he only ends up handling limited reps. The wideout's status is crucial for Indianapolis' matchup against the Chiefs on Sunday, as Matt Ryan and the Colts offense were unable to score a single point without Pittman versus Jacksonville in Week 2. Head coach Frank Reich previously expressed optimism that Pittman's quad injury might only result in one absence.
