Hill signed with Washington on Monday, Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports. Hill, who has nine NFL carries (in 2013 with the Bucs) to his credit, slots in as a depth back for Washington, thus putting him a few breaks away from fantasy relevance in 2015.

Hill was released by the Colts on Thursday. Hill was signed to provide depth for the playoffs, but he didn't actually appear in a game for the Colts. The 2013 UDFA spent time on three different teams' practice squads in 2014.

Hill was signed to the Colts' active roster Tuesday. Hill spent parts of last season with Tampa Bay, appearing in six games and recording 23 yards on nine carries. He'll simply provide depth at running back for Indianapolis.

He'll slide in behind Brian Leonard and Bobby Rainey in Tampa. Doug Martin, Mike James, Jeff Demps and Michael Smith are all on season-ending injured reserve.
