He scored from 49 yards out in the second quarter on a busted coverage or miscommunication to get the 49ers on the board, and then scored from seven yards out in the third quarter. Crabtree capped the regular season off in a big way and finishes with 85 catches for 1,105 yards and eight touchdowns for his first career 1,000-yard season since entering the league in 2009. In seven games with Colin Kaepernick at quarterback, Crabtree amassed 595 yards and five scores on 41 grabs. San Francisco has now sealed up the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the NFC with Green Bay's loss to the Vikings.

He did beat "Optimus Prime" for a beautiful 35-yard over-the-shoulder grab on the 49ers' opening drive of the second half, but it was the lone highlight for a player who entered Week 16 with 23 catches for 301 yards over his past three games. Crabtree will need to better Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson for 67 yards or more in Week 17 to post the first 1,000-yard campaign of his four-year career.

He was Colin Kaepernick's preferred target as the 49ers raced to a 31-3 lead early in the first quarter, and made a gutsy grab on his first score of the night, splitting two defensive backs as he fell into the end zone for a 27-yard touchdown. Crabtree's 38-yard score with 6:25 remaining helped seal a game the 49ers nearly coughed up, and provided him with his second two-TD night of the season. Although Crabtree still remains a glorified possession receiver, he's upped his production under Kaepernick, and now has 23 catches for 301 yards over his past three games. Although he'll likely have to deal with shutdown Seahawks CB Richard Sherman in Week 16, Crabtree will be a WR3 for the final week of the fantasy playoffs.

Crabtree has been the most heavily targeted receiver on the Niners since Colin Kaepernick took over four games ago, and that remained the case in Sunday's victory. Crabtree saw 11 targets, and did well to haul in nine balls amid Dolphins top corner Sean Smith's coverage. Keep Crabtree rolling as a higher-upside WR3 than usual when San Francisco faces New England in Week 15.

Michael Crabtree caught just three of five targets for 26 yards at New Orleans in Week 12. Like Vernon Davis, Crabtree had a drop and lost a reception (36 yards) to a penalty. No 49ers player saw more than five targets in a run-heavy attack. Crabtree is on pace for a 73/825/7 line entering Week 13 at St. Louis.

Crabtree hauled in three-of-five targets, and his touchdown came on a veteran play by Colin Kaepernick. Crabtree wasn't the No. 1 option on the 10-yard score, but the quarterback scanned right and didn't see anything open, so he reset the feet and found Crabtree in the back of the left side of the end zone. Crabtree has scored in three straight games and will have the leaky Saints in Week 12. He's locked in as a WR3.

Making perhaps the most athletic move of his underwhelming four-year career, Crabtree juked Rams S Craig Dahl out of his jock on his 14-yard touchdown in the second quarter. It was an otherwise quiet afternoon for the volume receiver. Crabtree has been consistent this season, catching fewer than four balls only twice, but has cleared 80 yards only once. He has four scores in nine games. Crabtree is locked in as a WR3.
