The Eagles signed Pryor to a one-year contract Thursday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor started 15 of his 17 regular-season appearances with Chicago in 2024, and he now reunites with the organization with whom he began his NFL career as a sixth-round pick in 2018. He played for the Eagles until 2020, then spent time with the Colts (2021-22) and 49ers (2023) before landing his one-year deal with the Bears. Along with Kenyon Green, Pryor now provides Philadelphia with an additional option at right guard following the departure of Mekhi Becton.

EDGE Analysis
Pryor will join Chicago for his sixth NFL season after spending 2023 in San Francisco and spending time with his new head coach, Matt Eberflus, in Indianapolis before that. The 29-year-old has spent most of his career as a reserve option, and would likely be in line to handle a similar role in 2024.

Coach Jeff Saturday said Monday that Pryor was hospitalized and later released due to an unspecified illness Sunday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor was a late scratch ahead of Indianapolis' loss versus Philadelphia in Week 11 with the ailment, and his status moving forward will depend on how he recovers.. If he misses time, 2021 seventh-rounder Will Fries should continue to fill in at right guard.

Pryor is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles due to an illness.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor wasn't on the Week 11 injury report, but James Palmer of NFL Network relays that the offensive lineman required hospitalization Sunday morning due to an illness. It's unclear if it's the same bug that led to several other Indianapolis players entering Week 11 with a "questionable" tag. In any case, Will Fries, Wesley French and Dennis Kelly are the only other healthy reserve offensive lineman on the active roster, with Fries seemingly the best candidate to start in Prior's stead at right guard.

Pryor was acquired by the Colts in a trade from the Eagles on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor and the Eagles' 2022 seventh-round pick were traded to the Colts in exchange for the Colts' 2022 sixth-round pick. The guard will fill a depth role for the Colts' already strong offensive line. The 26-year-old tackle could potentially see limited depth snaps behind Braden Smith or Will Holden.

The Eagles re-instated Pryor from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pryor was placed on the list due to either testing positive for the virus or coming into close contact with someone who did. Now that he's been officially cleared, he'll likely assume his usual starting right guard duties for Thursday's game against the Giants.
