Marlon Brown (neck) said he's "ready to go." Brown's absence Wednesday looks like it was just a rest day. With Jacoby Jones (knee, Sweet Pea) still sidelined, the undrafted rookie will continue to run as the No. 2 wideout. He couldn't ask for a better matchup this week -- Santonio Holmes and Stephen Hill combined for 262 yards and two touchdowns against the Bills' injury-ravaged defense last week. Despite just six catches for 51 yards over the last two weeks, Brown is a sneaky option for owners in 16-team leagues.

Marlon Brown (neck) did not participate in Ravens practice Wednesday. Brown played his full complement of snaps in Week 3 but caught just two passes for six yards. We have no reason to believe the injury is serious. Keep an eye on Brown throughout the week. He's a WR4 this week in Buffalo.

Marlon Brown played on 68-of-91 offensive snaps in Week 1. Brown was rotating in as the third wideout early on. After Jacoby Jones went down with a knee injury, Brown played every single snap and showed the play-making ability we saw throughout August. The undrafted rookie finished with a 4/65/1 line against the Broncos and had a 10/169/2 line on 161 preseason snaps. Now locked into the second wideout spot for at least the next 4-6 weeks, Brown is a strong add and a plug-n-play WR3 consideration this week. Cleveland projects to use Joe Haden on Torrey Smith, allowing Brown to face off with burnable corners Buster Skrine and Chris Owens.

Undrafted rookie WR Marlon Brown was a bright spot for the Ravens in their Week 1 loss to the Broncos, catching four passes for 65 yards and a touchdown. Brown was actually on the field for the Ravens' first offensive snap, but didn't see heavy action until Jacoby Jones went down with a knee injury in the second quarter. Brown was inconsistent gaining separation, but certainly showed some playmaking ability. He's worth a WR5 gander regardless of Jones' status.

Undrafted WR Marlon Brown led the Ravens with four catches for 59 yards and a touchdown in Baltimore's third preseason game Thursday night. Brown got plenty of work with the first-team offense and secured all four of his targets. His first reception came on a nice out-breaking route and resulted in a first down, while his 24-yard touchdown from Joe Flacco came on a deep post over the middle. It's always important to shine in the third preseason game, also known as the dress rehearsal, and Brown did just that. Through three preseason games, Brown has six catches for 90 yards and the score. After Torrey Smith, the Ravens' receiver depth chart is open. Brown's a guy to monitor.
