Barron (Achilles) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Barron sat out last Sunday's win over the Titans and was a non-participant at practice this week. The only surprise here is that Barron has yet to be officially ruled out, as the Rams are expressing caution with numerous impact players as they gear up for a potential playoff run.

Barron (Achilles) was listed as a non-pariticpant at Wednesday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
Barron missed some practice time last week for a non-injury reason, ultimately leading to inactive status for Sunday's game against the Lions, even though he returned to practice Friday. An Achilles injury might help explain the unusual sequence of events, or it could just be totally unrelated. Either way, the Rams figure to take a cautious approach with Barron this week against the 49ers, as they already plan to rest a slew of key starters for the game. Barron could very well join QB Jared Goff, RB Todd Gurley, LT Andrew Whitworth, C John Sullivan and DT Aaron Donald.

Barron is a coach's decision inactive for Sunday's tilt against the Titans, Lindsey Thiry of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barron missed some practice time this week due to a non-injury related issue, but he was a full go on Friday, rendering his inactive status a bit of a surprise. Cory Littleton will be getting the start at linebacker in Barron's place.

Barron was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's injury report due to a non-injury related purpose
EDGE Analysis
Barron was thought to have escaped Sunday's loss to the Rams with a sore knee, but the Seahawks' failure to disclose any such issue suggests Barron's knee is fine. His availability in practice Thursday and Friday will shed more light on his situation.

Barron (knee) is still nursing a sore knee from Sunday's 42-7 victory over the Seahwaks, but the team his hopeful he can recover in time for Week 16, Myles Simmons of the Rams' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Sean McVAy indicated Monday that the injury was not serious, and that an update on Barron's status can be expected Wednesday. Cody Littleton would presumably be in line to fill in at inside linebacker should Barron ultimately not recover in time for Week 16.

Barron is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Seahawks with a knee injury, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barron walked to the locker room after exiting with the injury in the first quarter. Cory Littleton will continue to see snaps at inside linebacker as long as Barron remains sidelined.

Barron recorded five tackles, an interception and a pass defensed during Sunday's 33-7 win over Houston.
EDGE Analysis
Barron continues to post strong fantasy numbers for owners and checks out as a go-to option in most settings. He's now recorded 62 tackles (55 solo), a sack and three interceptions through the past eight games. The 28-year-old linebacker offers a high-floor, high-ceiling combo, and it helps that the Los Angeles offense is forcing opposing teams into predictable game scripts playing from behind.

Barron played 31 of 49 defensive snaps and recorded a solo tackle, an interception and a pass defensed during Sunday's 33-0 win over Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
It was a thumb injury that limited Barron's practice repetitions this week, but once again, he turned in another strong showing Sunday. Last week, it was a knee injury, so Los Angeles' Week 7 bye is coming at a good time for the linebacker. Barron has found a way to put fantasy points on the board in each of the past six games with 49 tackles (43 solo), a sack, two interceptions, two pass defensed and a fumble recovery. He continues to provide excellent numbers for IDP settings.

Barron (thumb) is active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Rams insider Myles Simmons reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barron was unable to practice Wednesday and Thursday, but a limited session during Friday's practice foreshadowed optimism regarding his status for Sunday. He's slated to start at inside linebacker next to Alec Ogletree, while Bryce Hager and Cory Littleton could see additional snaps if Barron were to suffer any sort of setback.

Barron (thumb) was limited in Friday's practice and is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barron failed to practice both Wednesday and Thursday, so even putting in limited work during Friday's session gives him an opportunity to see the field Sunday. Barron will likely be a game-time decision for Sunday's home contests against the Cardinals.
