Since returning from the PUP list, Hollins has logged some first-team reps, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
That said, Lazar notes that the Stefon Diggs/DeMario Douglas/Kayshon Boutte trio has been seeing a lot of reps of late, with Kyle Williams mixing in along with Hollins. At this stage, Diggs -- assuming his health -- and Douglas appear to be locked into key roles in a crowded Patriots wide receiver corps that also includes Kendrick Bourne, Ja'Lynn Polk and Javon Baker, with the competition for slotting beyond the aforementioned duo still wide open.

In his first practice since being activated from the PUP list, Hollins worked with the starters during Thursday's walk-through session, Mike Reiss of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reiss notes that on Hollins' first snap Thursday, he lined up opposite Stefon Diggs, with DeMario Douglas in the slot. In his absence, it had been mostly Kayshon Boutte (who also saw some some work with the starters Thursday) working alongside Diggs and Douglas, but now that he's back in the mix, Hollins will look to secure the No. 3 role in a crowded Patriots WR corps that also includes Kyle Williams, Kendrick Bourne and Ja'Lynn Polk.

Hollins (undisclosed), who had been on the active/PUP list, is participating in practice Thursday, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hollins is present for the start of Thursday's walk-through practice, confirmation that he's coming off the PUP list. The veteran wideout secured 31 of 50 targets for 378 yards and a career-high five touchdowns while playing all 17 regular-season games with Buffalo in 2024, and he's now competing for standing behind Stefon Diggs (ACL) with all of DeMario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte, Kendrick Bourne and Kyle Williams after having inked a two-year deal with the Patriots this offseason.

The Patriots placed Hollins (undisclosed) on the active/PUP list Saturday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's not clear what type of injury Hollins is dealing with, but he won't be practicing to begin camp. However, he's eligible to come off the PUP list and begin practicing as soon as he's medically cleared. Hollins signed a two-year deal with New England in March and is expected to compete for targets with the likes of DeMario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte and Kendrick Bourne, when healthy.

Hollins is slated to signed a two-year, $8.4 million contract with the Patriots, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hollins thus will reunite with Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, under whom the wide receiver had a career-best campaign in 2022 in Las Vegas with a 57-690-4 line on 94 targets in 17 regular-season games. He combined for 49-629-5 on 80 targets in 30 contests between the Falcons (2023) and Bills (2024) over the last two years. In a receiving corps with all of DeMario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte (head) and Kendrick Bourne under contract and more reinforcements possible this offseason, it's unclear what kind of role Hollins can expect in a Drake Maye-led offense.

Hollins caught three of four targets for 73 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 32-29 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
EDGE Analysis
Hollins was Buffalo's leading receiver in the season-ending loss. He caught a 34-yard touchdown pass in the final minute of the first half and set up Curtis Samuel's game-tying touchdown catch in the fourth quarter with a 32-yard reception down to the 4-yard line. Hollins surprisingly led the Bills with five touchdown catches in the regular season while playing on a one-year, $2.6 million contract, so Buffalo could have some interest in bringing the 31-year-old wide receiver back in free agency.

Hollins caught three of four targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
Hollins played all but one of the Bills' 67 offensive snaps Sunday, his highest snap percentage of the season. With Buffalo already clinching the No. 2 seed in the AFC, the Bills elected to rest many of their key players, opening the door to extended playing time for the veteran wideout. Despite seeing a major uptick in usage and leading all wide receivers in playing time, Hollins' minimal production was disappointing. Nonetheless, the 31-year-old will revert back to his depth role when Bills host the Broncos in the wild card round of the playoffs.

Hollins reeled in both of his targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 40-14 win over the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Hollins saw two targets from quarterback Josh Allen against the Jets, his lowest target total since Week 13. The veteran played 38 of the Bills' 70 offensive snaps, behind Keon Coleman (63) and Khalil Shakir (43). Hollins could be in store for more playing time in Week 18, however, as the Bills have clinched the No. 2 seed for the playoffs and could choose to rest some of their starters in the season finale against the Patriots.

Hollins caught two of three targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 24-21 win over the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
Hollins played 42 of the Bills' 59 offensive snaps Sunday, second only to Khalil Shakir (44). The veteran wideout is a part of a crowded wide receiver room in Buffalo, limiting his potential for high target shares. For that reason, Hollins continues to be nothing more than a dart throw for fantasy purposes. The 31-year-old will look to get more involved in Week 17 when the Bills host the Jets.

Wed 12/18/24 4:07 AM

Hollins caught one of three targets for seven yards in Sunday's 48-42 win over the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
After scoring touchdowns in two straight games, Hollins was essentially a non-factor Sunday against the Lions. The wideout played 50 percent of the Bills' offensive snaps, but he was unable to do much with the three targets he saw come his way. In the four games rookie Keon Coleman missed with a wrist injury, the 31-year-old Hollins averaged roughly a 72 percent offensive snap share. With the return of Coleman to the lineup, the veteran's snap share took a hit, which will likely continue to be the case going forward. Hollins should remain off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 16 matchup against the Patriots.
