Raiders placed OG Lucas Nix (knee surgery) on the active/PUP list. He's week to week after undergoing a scope in June. Nix is not in the mix for a starting job.

Raiders OG Lucas Nix is recovering from knee surgery, and questionable for the start of training camp. Nix made 10 starts in place of an injured Khalif Barnes last season, but was monumentally ineffective as both a pass and run blocker. A third-year undrafted free agent, Nix will severely imperil his roster position if he can't get healthy in a hurry.

Raiders LG Lucas Nix (ankle) is listed as questionable for Monday night's Week 3 game against the Broncos. Nix practiced on a limited basis Saturday and will likely come down to a game-time decision. Even if healthy, Andre Gurode is expected to start at left guard.

The Raiders have given second-year OG Lucas Nix first-team reps at left guard this offseason. Tony Bergstrom is getting more reps, but Nix is rotating in. The Raiders are internally high on Nix, who went undrafted out of Pittsburgh last year. If Bergstrom locks down left guard, Nix could wind up battling at right guard.
