David (concussion) was limited in Wednesday's practice, the Buccaneers' official site reports. David's appearance at practice doesn't equate to clearance from the league's concussion protocol, which he must emerge from to play Sunday in Carolina. He'll have one or two additional opportunities to do so before Week 15 kicks off.

David (head) will not return to Sunday's game against the Lions, the Tampa Bay Times' Greg Auman reports. David likely suffered a concussion, though the Bucs haven't said that officially. He'll have to clear the league's concussion protocol before being cleared to play again, so his availability for next week's game against Carolina could be in jeopardy. Dane Fletcher and Brandon Magee are seeing more time at linebacker with David out.

David left Sunday's game against the Lions to be evaluated for a possible concussion. David appeared to take a knee to the head as well as having his head slam to the turf. He walked off the field with some assistance and was replaced by Brandon Magee at weak-side linebacker.

David (hamstring) is active for Sunday's matchup against the Lions. David was limited in practice all week after missing two straight games, but will suit up for the Sunday afternoon contest. He's recorded a double-digit tackle total in seven of 10 games this season, and given his health, should be a solid IDP option.

David (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions. Head coach Lovie Smith said Friday that David had a good week of practice, and his tone was optimistic despite David's questionable tag. There seems to be a legitimate chance that David returns this week, so be sure to check back before kickoff Sunday to verify his status.

David (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice, Sports Talk Florida reports. David's hamstring injury induced back-to-back DNPs in Weeks 12 and 13, but after fitting in a sprinkling of practice to begin the week of prep, the linebacker is in line to return Sunday at Detroit. If active, IDP owners can again rely upon the linebacker for immense tackle output, as he's reached double digits in seven of 10 contests this season.

David (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports. With a second consecutive DNP on the ledger, David is leaving behind a large void at weakside linebacker, which the remaining starting LBs, Mason Foster and Danny Lansanah, will attempt to cover.

David (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against Cincinnati. David missed last week's game against Chicago after missing all of the week's practices, but his limited practice showing Friday gives reason to hope for a return against the Bengals. Still, David might be well short of 100 percent even if he does suit up Sunday, so his IDP owners might have to be a bit more modest with their expectations if he plays.

David (hamstring) was back at practice Friday, the Tampa Tribune's Roy Cummings reports. David missed last week's loss to Chicago, but his return to practice indicates that he has a strong chance of playing Sunday. Friday's official injury designations should give us a better sense of his status.

David (hamstring) did not practice Tuesday, Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune reports. David is still being slowed by the hamstring injury that prevented him from playing last week, but he will have a few more days to recover until the Buccaneers' next game Sunday.
