David (ankle) was limited in practice Wednesday, Joe Kania of the Bucs official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
David apparently hurt the ankle at some point during the victory over the Falcons, a game in which the standout linebacker was once again in on every snap. At present, there is no indication that David's chances of playing against the Saints are in any danger, and Thursday's practice participation report figures to shed further light on the situation.

David tallied 11 tackles (six solo), two tackles for loss and a game-saving interception in Sunday's 23-19 victory over the Falcons.
EDGE Analysis
The fourth-year pro was outstanding Sunday, turning in his fifth double-digit tackle outing of the season and making a leaping game-saving interception of a Matt Ryan pass with 1:39 left to close out the victory. The productive afternoon marked David's second game with multiple stops behind the line of scrimmage, and his third contest overall this season with at least one. The 25-year old also went over the 100-tackle mark on the year, making him a perfect four-for-four in his career in terms of hitting the century mark in stops. David and his teammates face another tough intradivision offense in their Week 14 home tilt versus the Saints.

David played on all 74 defensive snaps in Tampa's Week 12 loss to the Colts, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
A week after receiving his first snaps off on the season, David was back to remaining on the field for all of Tampa's defensive plays. That appears to be the norm as long as the Bucs are in involved in anything resembling a competitive game, which has been the case in all but two contests so far this season. David should be in for another active afternoon in Week 13 versus a potential Falcons running back combo of Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman.

David tallied seven tackles (four solo) and a pass defensed in Tampa's Week 12 loss to the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
It was a second single-digit tackle performance for David, who had posted 22 stops over Weeks 9 and 10. David played an integral part in erasing any semblance of a Colts running attack in Week 12, but faces a tougher challenge in Week 13 versus a Falcons backfield that may feature both Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman. Overall, the standout linebacker continues to perform at a high level, and may soon have an added level of responsibility if teammate Kwon Alexander loses his appeal of a looming four-game suspension.

David was in on 63 snaps in Week 11, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
David actually received his first snaps off all season during the 45-17 blowout of the Eagles, and produced an effort worthy of the NFC Defensive Player of the Week honors. The rest was likely a positive for the star linebacker as the Bucs enter the stretch run of the season still in contention for a wild-card spot. David and the Bucs take on the Colts in Indianapolis in Week 12.

David collected six tackles (all solo) and his first two interceptions of the season in Sunday's 45-17 victory over the Eagles.
EDGE Analysis
David was outstanding Sunday, tallying his first two interceptions of the season, one of which was a walk-in 20-yard pick-six in the fourth quarter that closed out a momentous 45-point effort by the Bucs. The stellar performance came on the heels of head coach Lovie Smith and defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier having called for more "splash plays" from the Pro Bowl-linebacker, who responded in prominent fashion. David leads the Tampa defense into a Week 11 road tilt versus the Colts and Matt Hasselbeck.

David once again played in all 54 snaps in Week 10, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
David once again played every single snap on defense in Week 10, posting his second-highest number of tackles in a game this season. The fourth-year pro played an integral part in helping the Bucs limit the normally proficient Cowboys running attack to two yards a carry over 21 attempts, playing one of his stoutest games of the season versus the run. David and the Bucs face off against the Eagles' three-headed backfield in Week 11.

David notched 12 tackles (five solo) and a sack in Sunday's win over the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
David was very dominant on Sunday as the Buccaneers put on a very impressive defensive performance, holding the Cowboys to just six points. He led all players in the game in tackles and also recorded his second sack of the season. David hold very strong IDP value at the linebacker position and he'll continue to make plays for the Bucs' defense moving forward.

David was in on all 75 defensive snaps in Week 9, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports..
EDGE Analysis
David and fellow linebacker Kwon Alexander have been the Bucs' iron men this season, failing to leave the field for a single snap over the first nine games. As one of the leaders of a Bucs defense that struggles to find consistency week-to-week, Lovie Smith and his staff have to hope that the 25-year-old does not wear out during the season's stretch run.

EDGE Analysis
The 25-year-old posted his second-highest tackle total of the season while helping limit the Giants' multi-faceted rushing attack to 3.5 yards per carry. David now has 69 total stops at the halfway point of the season for the Bucs, and has amassed an impressive 35 tackles over the past four contests.
