After a solid three-game span (19 receptions for 179 yards and a score), Kendricks has disappointed in consecutive games and should likely be left to the waiver wire in the majority of leagues. It was encouraging that rookie Jared Goff continued to look to Kendricks frequently in the passing game, but there certainly wasn't a marked offensive improvement with the rookie under center.

The tight end had carved out a respectable role in the offense and caught 19 of 29 targets for 179 yards and a score over the previous three games. While Kendricks' Week 10 showing was discouraging, it shouldn't completely curb all the positive fantasy momentum he had been building. He should see an uptick in targets next week against the Dolphins, but Kendricks probably shouldn't be viewed as a must-start fantasy asset, either.

Kendricks caught seven of 12 targets for a season-high 90 yards in Sunday's 13-10 loss to the Panthers.

EDGE Analysis

It was one of the best performances of Kendricks' career, but he had an ugly drop in the end zone late in the game. He's actually been a decent option for fantasy owners this season, especially lately, with 18 receptions for 170 yards over his last three games. He'll take on the Jets in Week 10.

Kendricks caught seven of nine targets for 55 yards during Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Giants.

EDGE Analysis

Kendricks set season-highs in targets and receptions while posting his second-highest yardage output of 2016. He has become more involved in the offense this season, as this was already his fourth game of at least six targets, after failing to see that many even once last season. The Rams will enjoy a bye next week before taking on the Panthers on Nov. 6.

Kendricks caught five of eight targets for 34 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's game against the Lions.

EDGE Analysis

Kendricks is receiving consistent looks in the passing attack (31 targets through six games), but he's done very little with them outside of his touchdown on Sunday. For the season, he sits with an underwhelming 18 receptions for 186 yards and the single score. It is worth noting Detroit has allowed a league-high 17 passing touchdowns this season, so viewing Kendricks' Week 6 score as a sign of things to come is probably ill-advised.

Kendricks caught two of his three targets for 24 yards during Sunday's loss to the Bills.

EDGE Analysis

Kendricks has yet to score a touchdown and has only garnered one look in the red zone through five weeks. He has a consistent market share -- albeit a small one -- in the passing game, which has led to just 13 receptions for 152 yards. With St. Louis averaging the fewest yards per game in the league, any immediate jump in production from Kendricks is unlikely.

Both the seven looks and five receptions were season-high marks for Kendricks. He has also seen the third most targets (20) on the team. Still, the six-year veteran has yet to find the end zone and sits with an underwhelming 11 receptions for 128 yards through the first four games of the campaign.

EDGE Analysis

Kendricks' stat-line is slightly misleading, as a majority of his damage came on a 44-yard completion from Case Keenum in the second quarter. His six targets were an encouraging sign, but as long as so many questions remain surrounding the Rams' quarterback situation, Kendricks will be a risky tight end play in standard leagues.

Kendricks' yardage total finished ranked third among his Rams teammates Monday, illustrating the clear struggle they had moving the ball. Even though Kendricks doesn't sport very much upside as a fantasy tight end, the offseason departure of Jared Cook figures to help him improve his numbers this term, no matter how hard to believe that may appear following Los Angeles' dismal season-opening outing.

Kendricks' three catches all came while quarterback Case Keenum was in the game over the first four series of Saturday's contest. The veteran ultimately led Los Angeles in receiving yards, but that evidenced how much the Rams struggled to move the ball. Additionally, with starting running back Todd Gurley rested, Kendricks probably was a bigger figure than he otherwise will be during the regular season, and rookie tight end Tyler Higbee's six targets Saturday suggest he could increasingly cut into Kendricks' usage in the passing game as the year unfolds.
