Week 10 Consistency Reports - Start/Sit Decisions rotoballer.com Sat 11/10/18 11:00 AM

I cannot believe it is Week 10 already! This season has flown by and things in the NFL are starting to settle down. The good teams are really starting to distinguish from bad and the pretenders are falling away a little bit. The same goes for the players in the consistency ratings. The best running backs, wide receivers and tight ends have all risen to the top and the pretenders are falling further down the rankings. Quarterback is a little different due to the nature of the position this year. [...]

The Cut List - Players on the Chopping Block (Week 10) rotoballer.com Tue 11/6/18 9:00 AM

This is your weekly list of players to drop. I will do my best to limit this list to injured players and players you might consider holding. If you roster pure handcuffs or backups, obviously you can let them go at any time. The players on this list will, ideally, be guys that aren't clearly droppable, but no longer worth owning.Below are my [...]

Week 10 Tight Ends - Waiver Wire Pickups and Adds rotoballer.com Mon 11/5/18 9:00 AM

The fantasy football season is more than halfway over!Minnesotas Kyle Rudolph is the only tight end with any fantasy relevance on bye this week, and even he is not as big of a loss as he would have been in past seasons due to him not finding the end zone as often as in other years (8 TD in 2017, 2 so far in 2018). But with fantasy owners making their playoff pushes with only a month left before the postseason starts in many leagues, those desperate for tight end help will be plucking the best av[...]

Kyle Rudolph Has Two Receptions In Week 9 rotoballer.com Sun 11/4/18 5:42 PM

Minnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph picked up 28 yards on two catches during a Week 9 win over the Detroit Lions. The Vikings were missing Stefon Diggs (ribs) in this one, but Rudolph failed to capitalize. The Notre Dame product has not scored a touchdown since Week 3. He has also been held under 50 yards in seven of his nine games this season. Rudolph's role in the offense is minimal. Fantasy managers are better off streaming the position than holding onto Rudolph.

Week 9 Consistency Reports - Start/Sit Decisions rotoballer.com Sat 11/3/18 11:00 AM

It is a really tough week with six teams on a bye. Fantasy rosters will be stretched and owners will be desperately looking for options who can give them solid production. It may not be the most amazing upside in the world but when every team is hurting a solid six or seven points from a reliable contributor can be what you need to win a game. As always my recommendation is to try and balance the consistency with the ceiling. If a slightly less consistent player with a slightly higher ceiling ha[...]

Flex Heroes and Zeroes - Week 9 Fantasy Football Picks rotoballer.com Sat 11/3/18 9:30 AM

It's time to forget what you thought you knew. Halfway through the year, NFL teams now have a good idea whether they are contenders or simply playing for next year's draft picks. The trade deadline has passed, shaking up depth charts across the league. That means it is also time to throw that "draft stock" out the window. It doesn't matter if you picked someone as your RB2, WR3, or passed over on Pat Mahomes to secure a safer QB. (How's that Marcus Mariota pick working out these days anyway?) [...]

Kyle Rudolph A Mid-Tier TE1 Option In Week 9 rotoballer.com Thu 11/1/18 6:15 PM

Minnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph saw seven targets in Week 8 and had a touchdown grab negated by a holding penalty. It has been a quiet season for the Notre Dame alum, but Rudolph could be in line for a solid performance in Week 9 against the Detroit Lions. The Lions have given up the eighth-most fantasy points to tight ends this season. Stefon Diggs (ribs) remains questionable for the contest, so Rudolph could see an increased role in the passing game if Diggs sits out. [...]
