Kyle Rudolph Inactive Sunday rotoballer.com Sun 9/18/22 12:24 PM
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Kyle Rudolph (coach's decision) is inactive for Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints. He is a healthy scratch for the second consecutive week. Tampa Bay will have tight ends Cameron Brate, Cade Otton, and Ko Kieft active on Sunday, but none of them are worth starting in fantasy football.
Kyle Rudolph Inactive Versus Dallas rotoballer.com Sun 9/11/22 7:31 PM
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Kyle Rudolph is inactive for Sunday's matchup against Dallas. The Bucs are high on Cameron Brate and Cade Otton, so both men figure to get some targets from Tom Brady in the opener. Unfortunately for them, Chris Godwin (knee) is active, so their outlook for Week 1 isn't as bright as it could have been. That said, Otton and Brate should remain viable fantasy options heading into this one.
Cameron Brate, Kyle Rudolph May Not Be Featured Much rotoballer.com Wed 9/7/22 2:54 PM
Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said that the tight end production this year will be made up with the wide receivers and running backs without Rob Gronkowski in the picture. That's not good news for Cameron Brate, Kyle Rudolph or rookie Cade Otton. Brate figures to take over most of Gronk's production, especially in the red zone, but Bowles' statement and the presence of Rudolph will give him a very low floor for fantasy purposes. The 31-year-old probably went undrafted in most ...
Kyle Rudolph Ineffective In Preseason Debut With Bucs rotoballer.com Sun 8/21/22 6:27 AM
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Kyle Rudolph caught one of three targets for three yards in Saturday's 13-3 preseason loss to the Tennessee Titans. With Cameron Brate inactive, Rudolph started ahead of rookie Cade Otton and played every snap with the first team. The 32-year-old is competing with Brate and Otton to be quarterback Tom Brady's top pass-catching tight end. He inked a one-year deal with Tampa Bay in mid-July to help replace Rob Gronkowski (retired) and O.J. Howard (signed with ...

Kyle Rudolph To Inherit Most Of Rob Gronkowski's Workload rotoballer.com Mon 7/25/22 12:21 PM
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Kyle Rudolph figures to inherit the bulk of Rob Gronkowski's workload this year. Rudolph played 48 percent of the offensive snaps for the New York Giants last year and is smart, durable and versatile; he's the perfect Y or in-line tight end who can run block and catch passes. The Bucs also seem prepared to give Cameron Brate a larger role to help make up for the loss of Gronk's 55 catches, 802 yards and six touchdowns in 2021. Rudolph only caught 26 passes for ...

Former Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants veteran free-agent tight end Kyle Rudolph signed an undisclosed one-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Wednesday, according to a source. Quarterback Tom Brady gets a new toy just before training camp, while Cameron Brate's fantasy value takes a hit. Rudolph will help make up for the losses of O.J. Howard and Rob Gronkowski (retired for now). The 32-year-old has made the Pro Bowl twice, but he's likely past his prime and will most likely be an ...

Free-agent tight end Kyle Rudolph has been receiving interest from multiple teams ahead of training camp this month. According to sources, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been involved, and a reunion with the Minnesota Vikings isn't off the table. Rudolph should find a new home sometime before training camps kick off at the end of July. The 32-year-old was released by the New York Giants in March after he caught 26 passes on 39 targets for 257 yards and one touchdown in 16 games in New York's ...
Kyle Rudolph Works Out With Broncos rotoballer.com Fri 4/8/22 9:18 PM
Veteran tight end Kyle Rudolph worked out with the Denver Broncos, according to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer. Rudolph, 32, is currently a free agent after he was released by the Giants earlier this offseason. 2021 was the first year that he spent with New York after a 10-year stint in Minnesota. Through 16 games last season, Rudolph hauled in 26 of 39 targets for 257 yards and a score. Even if he signs with Denver, which recently dealt Noah Fant to the Seahawks, he wouldn't have fantasy relevance.
Giants Cut Tight End Kyle Rudolph rotoballer.com Wed 3/2/22 11:21 AM
The New York Giants cut veteran tight end Kyle Rudolph on Wednesday, ending his one-year stint with the team. The move clears $5.2 million in salary cap space for a team that has one of the smallest available pools of cap money in the league. While Rudolph only had 257 yards and one touchdown for the Giants last season, he is a respected veteran who will very likely find another role quickly as a part-time tight end and red-zone threat. Rudolph has no current plans to retire and intends to ...
