Wright had 10 tackles (seven solo) in Thursday's 30-29 win over the Rams.
EDGE Analysis
Wright reached double-digit tackles for the second time this season as he led the Seahawks in the category Thursday. The 30-year-old has 42 tackles (21 solo) and two passes defensed through five games.

Wright made 13 tackles (four solo) and a pass breakup in Sunday's loss to the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
Wright matched the tackle count from the first two weeks of the season combined in this contest. He was flying around the field helping make plays, although the Seahawks had extreme difficulty taking down Saints RB Alvin Kamara. It was a promising sight for fantasy owners, but Wright and the Seahawks' defense will need to be better in Week 4's game versus the Cardinals.

Wright has agreed to a two-year contract to remain with Seattle, Gregg Bell of the Tacoma News Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wright presumably explored the open market in search of a lucrative long-term deal, but the Pro-Bowler's return to Seattle -- on a short-term deal -- suggests he didn't find what he was looking for. In any event, Wright now appears set to remain in a similar role he's had the past few seasons with Seattle in which the linebacker topped 100 tackles in every season from 2014 to 2017 before being limited to five games in 2018.

Wright is expected to test free agency, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Long overshadowed in a star-studded Seattle defense, Wright survived the veteran purge last offseason but then missed 11 games due to knee issues in 2018. He did play in 63 of a possible 64 games over the previous four years, averaging 114 tackles, two forced fumbles and 1.8 sacks per season. Wright helped his cause when he proved his health during the playoffs with eight tackles (seven solo) and an interception in a loss to the Cowboys. Now scheduled for unrestricted free agency ahead of his age-30 season, the veteran linebacker may need to leave Seattle if he wants another multi-year contract with significant guarantees. The Seahawks have ample cap space for the first time in years, but they seem to be more focused on the other side of the ball while implementing a youth movement around Bobby Wagner on defense.

Wright made 31 tackles, four pass breakups and an interceptions in six games this season.
EDGE Analysis
Wright is a strong run-stopper for the Seahawks, and he showed his veteran experience with a timely interception in the fourth quarter of the wild-card playoff game versus the Cowboys. This was the first season that Wright was unable to play 13 or more games, as he was sidelined 11 contests with a knee injury. Wright will be an unrestricted free agent in March, and the Seahawks will want to keep his veteran presence around at the right price in case Shaquem Griffin is unable to take the reins yet. That price could be steep, however, as he posted four straight 100-tackle seasons between 2014 and 2017.

Wright (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wright was limited in practice on Wednesday as he continues to work his way back from a knee issue. On Sunday he returned from a five-game absence, recording two tackles and a pass defensed across 43 defensive snaps. Barring a major setback, the veteran should be good for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Wright (knee) will receive limited snaps against the Chiefs on Sunday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's no surprise that Wright will be eased into action with a snap count, considering that the veteran linebacker has been dealing with a lingering knee issue all season. Expect Wright to play a rotational role versus the Chiefs, as the 29-year-old attempts to return to full health in time for the playoffs.

Wright (knee) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wright has missed the last five games due to a lingering knee injury, but is on track to suit up Week 16. The 29-year-old's presence will be a notable boon for Seattle's defense, as the unit attempts to contain Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs on primetime.

Wright (knee) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wright was a limited practice last week before missing his fifth straight game with the knee issue. The 29-year-old will likely have to practice with no limitations by Friday if he is to avoid an injury designation.

Coach Pete Carroll said Wright (knee) "has a shot" to play Sunday against the Chiefs, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wright was able to practice in a limited fashion Thursday and Friday and is expected to take the practice field again this week. The 29-year-old has missed the last five games, so he'll likely need to practice fully at some point before returning to game action. Wright's status should received further clarification once the Seahawks return to practice Wednesday.
