Steelers waived WR Kenneth Moore, WR Eric Greenwood, and TE Vaughn Charlton. It was just a year ago that Moore was pushing for a starting job in Carolina, but that was always more about the Panthers' lack of alternatives than Moore's talent level. He has just one NFL reception in three years.

Steelers signed WR Kenny Moore and waived WR Adam Mims. Moore has one career reception since the Lions used a fifth-round pick on him in 2008. He won't make the roster. Mims was undrafted out of Furman.
