EDGE Analysis
Having not played a regular season snap since his five-game Baltimore stint in 2015, where he recorded just three tackles, Lewis-Moore had a lot to prove in the preseason. He may be picked up for added competition on a practice squad, but don't expect much more than that.

Lewis-Moore saw action in five games with the Ravens in 2015 but didn't play at all this year. In 2017 he'll look to catch on as a depth player along what was an injury riddled Bears defensive line.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Lewis-Moore (Achilles) is close to 100 percent and could be a full-go during OTAs, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Lewis-Moore slipped to the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft, after tearing his ACL in the BCS National Championship game. His bad luck didn't stop there, as he then suffered a torn Achilles in August, ruling him out for all of 2014. Following a pair of seasons spent on injured reserve, Lewis-Moore will need to earn his spot on the roster with a strong training camp and preseason.

Lewis-Moore (Achilles) has been placed on injured reserve, The Ravens' official website reports.
After spending his rookie season on injured reserve because of a torn ACL, the former sixth-round draft pick meets the same fate in his sophomore campaign, only this time due to a torn Achilles' tendon. Lewis-Moore slipped in the 2013 draft because of the first injury, and he was primed for a role in the Ravens' defensive-line rotation before suffering the second. With 13 months to recover before the start of the 2015 season, Lewis-Moore might be back to compete for a starting job next year. The Ravens' decision to keep him on IR in consecutive seasons makes it quite clear that he's more highly valued than the average sixth-round draft pick.

Lewis-Moore spent his rookie season on injured reserve with a torn ACL last year and unfortunately appears destined for the same fate this time around. With Lewis-Moore out of the picture, rookie second-rounder Timmy Jernigan figures to cement himself in the Ravens' defensive line rotation.

Lewis-Moore is finally healthy after missing all of 2013 on the NFI list. He's the top backup to Chris Canty at left end, but should compete with rookie DT Timmy Jernigan and Brandon Williams for a starting job this summer.
