Lions signed CB Justin Miller. A second-round pick way back in 2005, Miller hasn't appeared in a game since 2009. He'll provide depth for a Lions team that's extremely thin in the secondary, but out of live game action for so long, it's hard to see Miller contributing outside of special teams.
