Falcons declared RB Josh Vaughan, S Kemal Ishmael, S Zeke Motta, G Harland Gunn, T Ryan Schraeder, DT Travian Robertson, and DE Stansly Maponga inactive for Sunday's Week 2 game against the Rams. Maponga, Schraeder, Ishmael, and Motta are all rookies. Roddy White (ankle) and Julio Jones (knee) are both active.

Panthers signed RB Josh Vaughan off their practice squad. Vaughan will fill Mike Goodson's role as insurance at running back and a special teamer. He appeared in three games for the Panthers in 2010, rushing three times for seven yards and vulturing a touchdown.
