The Jaguars continued negotiations with unsigned franchise player Josh Scobee over the weekend. The two sides have been steadily talking for two weeks now as Monday's 4 p.m. ET deadline approaches. Scobee is likely seeking something in the range of Matt Prater's recent four-year, $13 million contract with the Broncos. If no deal is hammered out, Scobee will kick for $2.88 million on a one-year franchise tag tender.
