Scobee (quad) is slated to kick during Wednesday's practice, John Oehser of Jaguars.com reports. Scobee noted that if he feels good in doing so, he'll kick in Sunday's game against the Eagles, but if the kicker experiences any issues during practice Wednesday, his Week 1 availability could become cloudy.
