Jacobs carried the ball 20 times for 143 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 38-20 win over the Texans. He added three catches on four targets for 12 yards.
EDGE Analysis
All three scores came in the second half as Las Vegas broke open when had been a 10-10 tie at halftime. Jacobs has topped 100 rushing yards in three straight games, becoming the first Raider to do so since 1997, and Sunday's 143 yards was actually his lowest output during that incredible stretch -- he's amassed a stunning 441 rushing yards, 82 receiving yards and six rushing TDs in those three contests. Jacobs will take all that momentum into a Week 8 clash with a New Orleans defense that just had trouble containing Arizona's Eno Benjamin on Thursday night.

Jacobs rushed the ball 21 times for 154 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 30-29 loss to the Chiefs. He also recorded five receptions on five targets for 39 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs posted a career-high in rushing yards for the second consecutive week, highlighted by lengthy gains of 37 and 21 yards. He also found the end zone for the third time this season, all of which have come in his last two games. While that production was encouraging enough, Jacobs tallied five receptions for the third consecutive matchup to showcase his ability as both a pass catcher and rusher. He's the clear workhorse back in Las Vegas and is showing the ability to deliver high-end production with his opportunity.

Jacobs carried the ball 28 times for 144 yards and two touchdowns while adding five receptions on six targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 32-23 win over the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
After failing to reach 70 rushing yards in any of the first three games of the season, Jacobs erupted for a career high in rushing yards and scrimmage yards while scoring his first two TDs of the year on a 10-yard run early in the second quarter and a seven-yard plunge that iced the game late in the fourth. He's also seen a surge in volume as a pass-catcher over the last two contests, hauling in 10 of his 11 targets. The fourth-year running back will take plenty of momentum into an AFC West clash with Kansas City in Week 5.

Jacobs carried the ball 13 times for 66 yards in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Titans. He added five receptions for 31 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs appeared doubtful for this contest after he didn't make the original trip with the team. However, he was active for the game and dominated opportunities out of the Las Vegas backfield. He was efficient with his opportunity on the ground and also tied for second on the team with five receptions. The only thing missing was a trip to the end zone, though he got no work near the goal line. His production hasn't been spectacular to begin the season, but Jacobs has topped 70 total yards in each of his three games.

Jacobs (illness) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs, who missed practice Thursday and Friday, didn't initially travel with the team, but he subsequently made his way to Nashville in advance of the contest. After testing things out in warmups, the Raiders' top back will give it a go Sunday. It remains to be seen if Jacobs will be limited at all in the contest, but when he needs a breather versus Tennessee, Brandon Bolden, Ameer Abdullah and Zamir White are on hand to absorb complementary snaps behind Jacobs, who has logged 29 carries for 126 yards and two catches for 28 yards through his first two games this season.

Jacobs (illness, questionable) is on track to play Sunday against the Titans, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Official confirmation of Jacobs' Week 3 status will arrive upon the release of the Raiders' inactives ahead of Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff, but it looks like they'll have their top back -- who missed practice Thursday and Friday -- available for Week 3 action. Through his first two contests, Jacobs has recorded 29 carries for 126 yards and two catches for 28 yards.

Jacobs (illness, questionable) is in line to work out during pregame warmups to determine his availability for Sunday's game against the Titans, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per Schefter, there is optimism that Jacobs -- who flew separately from the team to Tennessee ahead of the contest -- will be able to suit up, but a call on his Week 3 status won't be made until warmups in advance of Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff. If Jacobs ends up out or limited, Brandon Bolden, Ameer Abdullah and Zamir White would be candidates to log added backfield work versus Tennessee.

Jacobs (illness), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, will travel to Tennessee on Saturday, Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs didn't travel with the team Friday, but Hill relays that the running back subsequently headed to Nashville on Saturday ahead of the Raiders' Week 3 contest. Fantasy managers will still need to check in regarding Jacobs' status before the 1:00 PM ET kickoff, especially considering the 24-year-old did not participate in back-to-back practices Thursday and Friday.

Jacobs (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Tennessee, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs capped Week 3 prep with back-to-back absences, the result of an illness. Gutierrez also reported that Jacobs won't travel with the Raiders to Nashville on Friday, meaning the running back's status truly is up in the air. If Jacobs is unable to make the trip to Tennessee or shows up and eventually is limited or out Sunday, Brandon Bolden, Ameer Abdullah and Zamir White are on hand to take on whatever Jacobs is unable to.

Jacobs (illness) wasn't spotted at the media-access portion of Friday's practice, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Through two games, Jacobs has produced modest results, averaging 4.3 YPC on 29 rushes and gathering in both targets for 28 yards with no touchdowns. An illness didn't allow him to practice Thursday and appears to be doing the same to wrap up Week 3 prep. Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not Jacobs enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game at Tennessee.
