Huff, who was under consideration for a move to the 53-man roster for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, suffered a practice injury Friday and therefore doesn't look likely to be called up to the active roster for Week 11, Alex Marvez of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
EDGE Analysis
The injury was apparently to Huff's hamstring, as Koetter had mentioned that Huff "came up lame" in his post-practice meeting with reporters. He subsequently mentioned to Marvez that it didn't look likely that Huff would be able take the field Sunday. However, Freddie Martino is projected for more snaps and Russell Shepard is also set to make his return from a hip injury, fortifying the back end of the Bucs' receiver depth chart.

Huff will not be activated from the Buccaneers' practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Bears, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Huff only signed with the Buccaneers' practice squad on Monday, leaving him little time to be sufficiently prepared to be promoted to the active roster this weekend. However, with Mike Evans clearing concussion protocol recently, Tampa Bay's receiving corps isn't in as bad of shape as it otherwise would've been, giving Huff more time to learn the playbook in the meantime.

Huff has been signed to the Buccaneers' practice squad, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Huff joins the Bucs in practice after being released by the Eagles last week following his arrest on gun and marijuana possession charges. With Tampa Bay dealing with injuries to receivers Mike Evans (concussion) and Russell Shepard (hip), and Louis Murphy (knee) and Vincent Jackson (knee) both out long-term, Huff adds depth to the team's options.

The Eagles have released Huff.
EDGE Analysis
Per NFL.com, the Eagles' move to let Huff go arrives in the wake of an incident Tuesday in which the wideout was arrested and charged with possession of an unloaded handgun without a permit, as well as a small amount of marijuana.

Head coach Doug Pederson said Wednesday that the Eagles expect Huff to be available Sunday against the Giants in New York, Tim McManus of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
On Tuesday, Huff was charged with speeding, DUI, drug possession, and possessing a gun without a permit in New Jersey, potentially putting his availability in peril at some point in the future. However, the Eagles and, by proxy, the NFL will allow the legal process to play out, at least for the time being. Expect Huff to return kicks and earn a few snaps on offense, per usual, this weekend.

Huff was arrested Tuesday in New Jersey and charged with speeding, DUI, drug possession and carrying a gun that he did not have a permit for, NJ Advance Media reports.
EDGE Analysis
He received a summons for having possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, two warrants for unlawful possession of a weapon and one for the possession of six hollow point bullets, and three tickets for DUI, speeding and obstructed view because of tinted windows. The Eagles issued a statement stating they were aware of the incident and gathering information. We should know more when head coach Doug Peterson meets with the media Wednesday, but his status with the team is in question.

Huff caught all four of his targets for 39 yards Sunday against the Vikings, also returning a kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown.
EDGE Analysis
Huff broke free to house his second career kickoff return in the second quarter, marking the first time in Eagles history the team scored on kick returns in consecutive games. What's more, Huff -- for the first time all season -- led Philadelphia in both receptions and receiving yards despite Nelson Agholor pacing the team in targets (6). However, Huff is a long shot to receive this kind of attention on a weekly basis and remains an ancillary option behind all of Jordan Matthews, Agholor, Dorial Green-Beckham, Darren Sproles and Zach Ertz in the passing game.

Huff recorded three receptions for five yards and a touchdown while rushing the ball twice for 10 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Huff found the end zone for the first time this season as he continues to be a short-yardage option in the Eagles' offense. The wideout could figure to see more rushing attempts as he proves to be a versatile option in the playbook. Huff saw the field for about 30 percent of the offensive plays this Sunday and is expected to hover around that amount Week 6 in Washington.

Huff registered four receptions across five targets for 20 yards in the Eagles' 34-3 victory over the Steelers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Huff has officially taken a backseat to fellow wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, as the latter is not only officially listed above Huff on the depth chart, but had also logged more snaps (32) than Huff (26) on Sunday. Especially considering how no Philadelphia wideout recorded more than 33 receiving yards in Week 3, Huff is a fantasy non-factor in all but the deepest of formats.

Despite starting and logging 36.4 percent of the Eagles' offensive snaps, Huff failed to record a catch in Philadelphia's 29-10 victory over Cleveland on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Huff's snap count ranked third amongst the team's wideout corps, leaving his lack of involvement in the passing game a glaring cause for concern. Also, it remains to be seen whether Huff can continue to fend off newly-acquired Dorial Green-Beckham from the starting lineup. In any event, the Eagles' No. 3 WR isn't a fruitful role from a fantasy perspective anyway.
