Taylor carried the ball 16 times for 94 yards and three touchdowns and caught all three of his targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 38-24 win over the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
The Colts offense just keeps on rolling, and Taylor has been its engine, scoring from 23 yards out in the first quarter Sunday before dashing for eight and 19-yard scores in the third. It's the third time in seven games this season that Taylor has gotten into the end zone three times, en route to an NFL-best 11 TDs in total (10 rushing, one receiving) and 882 yards from scrimmage. He seems unlikely to be slowed down in Week 8 by the Titans.

Taylor rushed 21 times for 123 yards and a touchdown while securing all four targets for 14 yards in the Colts' 31-27 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor put together another signature stat line, averaging 5.9 yards per carry on his way to his second-highest rushing yardage total of the season. He also scored his fourth touchdown of the last two games on a one-yard rush with under five minutes remaining to erase a 27-24 deficit and put the final points of the day up on the board. Taylor is already sitting on 603 rushing yards, seven rush TDs and an average of 5.3 yards per carry through six contests, and he'll face the Chargers' porous run defense in a Week 7 road showdown next Sunday.

Taylor rushed 17 times for 66 yards and three touchdowns and brought in three of four targets for 20 yards in the Colts' 40-6 win over the Raiders on Sunday. He also recovered a fumble.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor encountered plenty of resistance from the Raiders defense on many of his runs, but he found enough running room to record scoring rushes of three, one and six yards, as well as a game-long 16-yard scamper. It was Taylor's second three-touchdown tally of the season, a two-game sample that accounts for all his end-zone trips to date. The sixth-year pro remains the component around which the Colts' prolific offense revolves, and Taylor should be very busy once again in a Week 6 home interconference clash with the Cardinals next Sunday.

Taylor rushed the ball 17 times for 76 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Rams. He added five receptions on five targets for 20 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor turned in an efficient day on the ground, averaging 4.5 yards per carry with two gains of more than 10 yards. He also had a 53-yard touchdown nullified by a holding penalty, which held him under 100 yards rushing for the first time since Week 1. While Taylor's performance may have been underwhelming relative to his very high standards, his involvement as a receiver is noteworthy. He has multiple catches in every game, and already has 13 receptions on the season after logging only 18 and 19 in the last two years, respectively.

Taylor rushed the ball 17 times for 102 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 41-20 win over the Titans. He added three receptions on four targets for 16 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Despite his final line, the Titans did a good job of limiting Taylor for much of the game. He punched in a pair of scores from one yard away in the first and fourth quarters. Taylor also broke the contest open and accounted for a significant portion of his yardage with an impressive 46-yard touchdown late in the third quarter, during which he broke through several tackles and evaded additional defenders with a spin move. Taylor now has four total touchdowns on the season and has topped 100 rushing yards in consecutive contests.

Taylor recorded 25 carries for 165 yards in Sunday's 29-28 win over the Broncos. He added two receptions on two targets for 50 yards and a touchdown.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor delivered a key run of 68 yards early in the fourth quarter to set up a field goal for the Colts while also accounting for the team's longest play from scrimmage. He was efficient on the ground beyond that single carry, logging a pair of both 10 and nine-yard gains. Taylor also got involved as a pass catcher, taking a swing pass for 43 yards late in the first quarter before catching a touchdown on a similar play from seven yards away one quarter later. It was an excellent performance all around and marked the sixth time in Taylor's career that he's topped 200 yards from scrimmage.

RB IND (11)
Taylor rushed 18 times for 71 yards and secured all three targets for 27 yards in the Colts' 33-8 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The Colts somewhat surprisingly opened up with a pass-centric approach in Daniel Jones' debut as the new starting quarterback, but Taylor eventually mixed in effectively throughout the afternoon. The talented back's longest run went for a modest 15 yards, yet he also recorded a 16-yard reception and certainly put together a serviceable fantasy outing to open the campaign. Jones did vulture one goal-line opportunity from Taylor, but the latter will undoubtedly be called on frequently in such scenarios moving forward. Taylor does draw an unenviable matchup Week 2, however, as the stingy Broncos defense pays a visit next Sunday.

Taylor rushed once for nine yards and wasn't targeted in the Colts' 23-19 preseason loss to the Packers on Saturday afternoon.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor hit his nice gain off left tackle midway through the Colts' first-team offense's second and final possession after not seeing any touches on the opening drive. The talented back was unsurprisingly only briefly featured, and Saturday's carry may well represent the extent of his preseason work. Taylor will be sharing the backfield with either Daniel Jones or Anthony Richardson come Week 1 while filling his usual high-volume, dual role.

After not seeing any action in the Colts' preseason opener, Taylor is a candidate to log snaps Saturday against the Packers, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
On the topic of key players' playing time this weekend, coach Shane Steichen noted that starters will play "about a quarter" versus Green Bay. In that scenario, Taylor would have an opportunity to get some touches on offense before giving way to some combination of DJ Giddens, Khalil Herbert (undisclosed), Ulysses Bentley, Nate Noel and Nay'Quan Wright.

Taylor is not in line to play in Thursday's preseason opener against the Ravens, Stephen Holder of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The same applies to starting WRs Michael Pittman and Josh Downs, among others, though the Colts do plan to give their top two QBs, Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones, reps in the contest. Taylor's next chance to see game action will be Saturday, Aug. 16 against the Packers.
