Brown caught five of 11 targets for 69 yards in Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Patriots.
EDGE Analysis
Brown has kicked off the 2019 campaign with four consecutive games over 50 yards receiving. He could be catching passes from backup Matt Barkley in Week 5 against the Titans, as starting quarterback Josh Allen was knocked out of the game with a concussion. On the bright side, Barkley threw for 127 yards in just under a quarter after coming into this one, suggesting Brown's production shouldn't be significantly impacted by which option the Bills trot out under center moving forward.

Brown caught four of five targets for 51 yards in Sunday's win over the Bengals. He also carried once for four yards.
EDGE Analysis
Brown caught seven balls in each of the team's first two games, so his 4-51-0 line Sunday represented his worst outing as a Bill. Still, if that's where Brown's floor is going to reside then he's in for a nice season. He's seen 23 targets through three games -- the same as fellow starter Cole Beasley -- while Zay Jones has just 10 and Robert Foster has three.

Brown caught seven of eight targets for 72 yards in Sunday's 28-14 win over the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Brown failed to get free deep -- his longest catch went for 17 yards -- but he was heavily involved in the offense throughout and led the team in targets and catches while coming up 11 yards short of Cole Beasley's team-leading total. Quarterback Josh Allen has improved as a passer in Year 2, having topped 250 yards in each of this season's first two games after failing to reach that mark last season, and Brown stands to be the biggest beneficiary of that improvement after latching on with the Bills in free agency.

Brown caught seven of 10 targets for 123 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 17-16 win over the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Brown was a downfield difference-maker all game, and his 38-yard touchdown with three minutes left completed Buffalo's comeback from a 16-0 deficit. Quarterback Josh Allen has a cannon for an arm, so Brown's field-stretching ability should come into play often this season. Brown looks like the new top target in Buffalo, but whether Allen can consistently deliver an accurate ball to Brown is another matter.

Brown brought in one of two targets for 10 yards in the Bills' 24-16 preseason win over the Colts on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Brown opened the game alongside Zay Jones and Cole Beasley in three-receiver sets at the Colts' 18-yard line on Buffalo's second drive. The speedy veteran signed a three-year, $27 million contract this offseason after encouragingly playing in all 16 games for the Ravens in 2018 and posting a 42-715-5 line while dealing with some of rookie Lamar Jackson's growing pains under center in the latter portion of the campaign. Brown will be working with another dynamic young signal-caller in Josh Allen this season and will look to continue developing his rapport with the second-year pro through the balance of preseason.

Brown was a regular presence on the starting offense during June minicamp, Chris Brown of the Bills' official website reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Zay Jones (undisclosed), Cole Beasley (core muscle) and Robert Foster (knee) all sidelined by injuries, Brown was the only top-four receiver on the field for minicamp. The offseason additions create some question about how snaps and targets will be divided, but a three-year, $27 million contract suggests Brown is headed for a starting job. Foster may be reduced to a role as a part-time deep threat, despite catching 25 passes for 511 yards and three touchdowns over the final seven games of last season. Alternatively, the Bills might consider bumping Jones back to the No. 4 spot on the depth chart, making him the top backup at all three receiver spots, including Beasley's place in the slot.

Brown is set to join Buffalo on a three-year, $27 million contract that includes $10.1 million fully guaranteed at signing, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM Radio reports.
EDGE Analysis
Brown repaired his value with the Ravens in 2018, as he was on pace for a 1,000-yard season before the team switched from Joe Flacco to Lamar Jackson. While his stats cratered in seven games playing with a rookie quarterback, Brown still showed enough to warrant a significant commitment from his next team. He'll now join forces with strong-armed passer Josh Allen, who was promising but inconsistent during his own rookie campaign. Brown isn't likely to face serious competition for a starting job, as the Bills have minimal talent at wide receiver beyond Zay Jones and Robert Foster.

Brown has expressed a desire to stay in Baltimore, but he also wants to play in an offense that takes more shots downfield, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Signed to a one-year, $5 million contract last offseason, Brown was on pace for his second 1,000-yard campaign before the Ravens switched from Joe Flacco to Lamar Jackson at quarterback. The 28-year-old wideout was limited to eight catches on 30 targets over the final seven weeks, torpedoing his season-long marks for yards per target (7.4) and catch rate (43.3 percent). Brown nonetheless seems to have restored some of his value, potentially setting up a multi-year deal on the open market. Another season with Baltimore likely would represent a concession to playing in a run-heavy offense.

Brown caught 42 of 97 targets for 715 yards and five scores in 16 games for Baltimore in 2018.
EDGE Analysis
Brown averaged a career-high 17.0 yards per catch in his first year with the Ravens, but an atrocious 43-percent catch rate (third worst in NFL) bombed his fantasy value. The narrative may have been different if Joe Flacco remained the starting quarterback all year, though, as Brown was on pace for 1,068.8 yards and 6.4 touchdowns before Flacco was benched ahead of Week 11. Comparatively, Brown averaged just 12.8 yards per game with Lamar Jackson under center -- which doesn't bode well for Browns' fantasy stock in 2019.

Brown (hamstring) is active for Sunday's Week 17 tilt against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Brown will be out there for the Ravens after practicing in full Friday. The receiver's active status isn't a surprise considering the importance of the contest for Baltimore, which needs a victory to ensure a postseason berth.
