Pendleton (knee) was waived by the Colts, the Indianapolis Star reports. He'll get an injury settlement with the team. He hurt his leg in the team's first preseason game.

Pendleton suffered a knee injury in Tuesday's preseason loss to the Jets, the Indianapolis Star reports. Pendleton is a long shot to make the active roster, so any injury in the preseason won't help.

Colts signed DT Jeris Pendleton and CB Sheldon Price off their practice squad. Pendleton steps in for Montori Hughes, who landed on IR with a knee injury. Price has been on the Colts practice squad since signing as an undrafted free agent out of UCLE back in April.
